Restaurant description

From world-renowned chef Marco Pierre White, Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Birmingham marries an ultra-slick setting and sumptuous old school recipes. On the 25th floor of the spectacular Cube building, 360-degree views of the city are offered.

Offering a range of uncomplicated classics, the Marco’s menu stays true to British cooking, with dishes like signature shepherd’s pie, or roast partridge with chipolatas and bread sauce. Heading a sterling selection at Marco’s restaurant is a range of succulent 28-day-aged steaks. Sample a novel-thick cut of T-bone, or a luxurious fillet served with all the traditional trimmings.

Nostalgic flavours for dessert see old school classics served with a high-end twist, with offerings like bread & butter pudding, or a retro sherry trifle. An extensive wine list at Marco’s in Birmingham perfectly complements the richly flavoured cuisine.

Evoking a cool cosmopolitan vibe in this breath-taking setting, guests can enjoy Marco Pierre White Steakhouse's glass-fronted al fresco terrace during warmer weather. The Mailbox is a stone's throw from MPW Steakhouse, and New Street Station is 10 minutes' walk away.

I took my Mum and Dad for afternoon tea as a birthday treat and it was a lovely experience. The staff were kind and courteous and the happy birthday plate was a lovely touch. We would definitely go again.

The location was fab however I was a bit disappointed with the meal although I appreciate it was a set menu . It was my partner birthday so was hoping it would be a bit more special than a normal pub type prepared mea. The rump steak was fatty and touch some chewing and the chips were just basic frozen ones The highlight was the martini cocktail. Finally we did order a couple of sides and when we came to pay the bill a service charge was automatically applied rather than being an option. Sorry this us a bit negative but had hoped for something different

The location is fabulous with great viewsover Birmingham. Beyond that I found it a little disappointing. The food was OK but I was expecting more for the money. The service was awful. I hd to turn a drink away twice before I got what I asked for. Others in my party received drinks after they had told the waiterthe didn't want anything at that time.

We booked a window table which was very nice, the staff were very attentive and friendly. We chose the Sunday lunch menu with a change for one starter of the scotch egg from the main menu which was delicious. Our meal of beef, pork and vegetables what gorgeous, the desert of cheesecake and raspberry sauce was so lovely I could have eaten it all over again. It was all washed down with a bottle if merlot. The whole experience was just perfect and I would definitely visit again. Very good value for money and top quality.

One of the best restaurant i’ve dine with. Amazing atmosphere, beautiful view when seated in a window seat, great atmosphere and the staff do everything to ensure you have an amazing experience. Favourite dish is the ribeye steak. Would definitely recommend the restaurant specially for couples.

We booked for the first time, it was our 20th wedding anniversary. We were NOT disappointed!!!! Everything was first class. We were upgraded to Window seats as complimentary for our anniversary and the views were fantastic. The food was first class, we enjoyed every mouthful. Drinks were fabulous too. Our waiter Roman was absolutely fantastic, he made our night and nothing was too much trouble. He always had a big smile on his face. It was well worth the money we spent. It was romantic and we would definitely recommend to all of our family and friends!!! Thank you for making our 20th anniversary so special!!!!

Really good food, good cocktails, great service and a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and come back. If I had one complaint its that there was a live singer/guitar player playing and whilst he was good the sound was really loud and we were almost shouting to be heard by the wait staff and each other. Keep the singer but turn it down so you still have a conversation during dinner.
