Restaurant description

From world-renowned chef Marco Pierre White, Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Birmingham marries an ultra-slick setting and sumptuous old school recipes. On the 25th floor of the spectacular Cube building, 360-degree views of the city are offered.

Offering a range of uncomplicated classics, the Marco’s menu stays true to British cooking, with dishes like signature shepherd’s pie, or roast partridge with chipolatas and bread sauce. Heading a sterling selection at Marco’s restaurant is a range of succulent 28-day-aged steaks. Sample a novel-thick cut of T-bone, or a luxurious fillet served with all the traditional trimmings.

Nostalgic flavours for dessert see old school classics served with a high-end twist, with offerings like bread & butter pudding, or a retro sherry trifle. An extensive wine list at Marco’s in Birmingham perfectly complements the richly flavoured cuisine.

Evoking a cool cosmopolitan vibe in this breath-taking setting, guests can enjoy Marco Pierre White Steakhouse's glass-fronted al fresco terrace during warmer weather. The Mailbox is a stone's throw from MPW Steakhouse, and New Street Station is 10 minutes' walk away.

Dishes displayed on a la carte menus are representative of the type of food available at the restaurant.

The food and service was excellent. The location lovely Was disappointed, it was my wifes birthday, her first time there, I notified the restaurant at time of booking but she didn’t get any recognition, three other people received a slice of cake with a candle. I felt very awkward .

Overall food was lovely and atmosphere, feel far to many tables as was literally having afternoon tea for 2 but the table was so close next to us it was a little uncomfortable, both tables felt it was very close as lovely as they were. Portions size for afternoon tea on small side compared to other venues locally.

The atmosphere was really nice and couldn’t complain about and the waiter service was good. However the food was disappointing I had the steak and eggs the steak was chewy and tasteless. I had the flapjack for dessert which was really nice and would have again. The waiters could of filled up out drinks quicker as we were on the bottomless brunch

This restaurant has wonderful views from high above the city. It has live music, a bar and good cordial service. Perfect for special occasions and celebrations. But expensive! Not ridiculous, but a fillet steak is £30. However, this was one of the most properly cooked(I like it rare) and delicious steaks I’ve had. Unfortunately, for me they serve a lot of chips and the calamares, are deep fried, not sautéed. If you like steak, it’s cxcellent food. The rest is only average
