Atmosphere wasn't there. Burgers were delicious, as was the Camembert to start. The mouse wasn't a mouse at all. Felt frozen, block of chocolate in a dish?

we were a party of 4. 3 of us were unable have the mains we wanted as they’d ran out, which was surprising as it was only 7pm. when the food arrived it wasn’t particularly hot. as we were rushed for time we didnt mention it to the waiter. overall very disappointing as the food was average, such a shame as we were expecting a lot more as it’s Marco Pierre Whites name above the the door.

The restaurant is nice. Service at the beginning was good but towards the end of the evening, standard had dropped. At beginning tea came in pot but later same order for tea came in cup?? Inconsistent!! The mushroom and oinion soup starters were good. But steaks were not so good. They were not as tender as expected....We ordered 3 Sirloin Steaks. 2 Medium, 1 medium well done. My medium well done was more raw than the other two. Had to have it returned to the kitchen for further cooking but it came back with darker charred griddle marks on the skin. The centre was the same. So had to leave it. It was my friend's birthday. I brought a cake for her. I asked the waitress to prepare the cake, she just carried the cake in casually and put on the table. She told me they have no candle in the restaurant?? (Most restaurants would have a supply of candles for these sort of occasions! ) the birthday cake surprise was disappointed... When I booked the table. I said it was my friend's birthday. Make her feel special. Not a single staff said happy birthday to her!! Not evening the waitress brought the cake to the table!!

The restaurant is tastefully decorated, with a great atmosphere & candle lit tables. All of the staff were amazing, they had a genuine care for the job they was doing and constantly had a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend all the fillet steak dishes, they was delicious! We will definitely be returning again!

We had pre-booked but on arrival we the people in front were advised that they had to wait 30 minutes for a table but when we were shown through there was only maybe 8 tables with customers which we were slightly confused by. We ordered and then the waiter returned maybe after 5-10 minutes later to advise there were no dauphinoise potatoes as we had ordered in fact there was no potatoes available other than chips. Not really acceptable but too late to do anything we accepted. When the food was delivered I questioned that I did not have the correct burger as the selected toppings were not there. It was take away. Around 5 minutes later the wait came back to advise they did not have the toppings I said ok and then a dew minutes later my same food was returned to me minus the toppings and now quite cold. I asked for fresh chips but did choose to keep the burger only to find that whilst there was lettuce in the burger this appeared to be the thick stalks that looked like they had come from a reject pile. We were given a discount of our bill but frankly this was a ridiculous experience and the food which we did receive was definitely not of a standard that I would expect from such a restaurant.

We had afternoon tea. Very well composed in funny "book shelf" thingy arrangements. Great service and the food was excellent. Good value for money.

Not good, service was adequate at best given there were only six tables full but one main meal was very underwhelming. We had one desert which when came was rock hard, not ideal given it was a chocolate mousse. Restaurant was nice in appearance with a nice feel to it, unfortunately the food was under parr given the prices asked. Been to other pierre white restaurants, this was by far the worst.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The food was good apart from the chips as they were undercooked and pale. I informed the waiter about this and he apparently told the chef. I had to leave them as I couldn't eat them. We ordered wine, cocktails and dessert which was all good, but I was disappointed not to have a small amount knocked off the bill or at least have the cocktail for free due to the inconvenience regarding the chips. I

Food ess great sgain slthough desert ess far from ehat expected in duch s good restaursnt. Cheese selected snd came on a plate with a piece od druit loaf and piece of cheese side by side. Looked like the food had just been thrown onto plate and served.
