Restaurant description

With understated elegance and affordable glamour, Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill – Liverpool presents a fine array of British steaks and grills, made with locally sourced British ingredients.

Housed in the boutique-inspired Hotel Indigo, Marco Pierre White Liverpool is a traditional steakhouse set in an impressive urban dining space. Industrial-style fittings of warm coppers are set against exposed brick walls, whilst quirky music iconography gives a nod to the city’s rich cultural heritage.

All sourced from Royal Warrant appointed butcher, Campbell Brothers, the freshly grilled steaks head the varied menu made up of seasonal ingredients, alongside tempting sharing boards, classic sandwiches and hearty salads. Classic English desserts on the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse menu include sticky toffee pudding, or try traditional and themed afternoon teas, including teas specially designed for men and children.

A name synonymous with fine British cuisine, Marco Pierre White was the first British chef to have been awarded 3 Michelin stars, and the youngest chef in the world to receive them.

From the moment we entered,Connor and Ava were lovely and welcoming. There are things that can’t be taught, being nice to customers.Which they certainly were. The restaurant was spotless, especially at this time when it needed to be.The meals were excellent. This was our 30th wedding Anniversary, and will be remembered for all the right reasons. It is so easy to complain about the attitude of staff. But we can’t praise high enough all the staff at MarcoPierre White’s in Liverpool, from the receptionist,Connor,Ava and the Manager who was also really nice.We can’t wait to return

Lovely surroundings but food definitely not worth the money. You are living off the name. There was nothing special about anything. A prawn cocktail that I could have seen in any Beefeater restaurant. Steaks were nice but overpriced and the roasted tomatoes garnish were something my daughter would do in her cookery class. Added to that the Calamari chucked on a plate was nothing special either. Didn't bother with dessert. Got the £39.99 Prosecco taken off the bill. Fish choice poor. All tasted OK but just such a disappoint from when we went a few years ago. Such a shame..... Won't be rushing back with Gino D'icampo around the corner now.

Ate at this restaurant on fri 11th sept. Absolutely beautiful place, staff are so friendly and attentive. We had fillet steak for our main meal with a prawn and a calamari starter. It was the best meal we have ever had, cannot fault anything about it.

Ridiculously priced for the tiny portions, steak didn’t come as we asked, the limited menu was a joke. Disappointed.

Great french onion soup. Staff friendly and attentive. Only complaint is that Main course shepard pie was ridiculous, small very very little meat top off with spoon full of mash and no gravy. Had to get some chicken legs on way out as was still hungry. Girlfriend's chicken dinner was good value.
