Great food & friendly staff, service was slow to start with but the quality of the meal won the day.

With understated elegance and affordable glamour, Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill – Liverpool presents a fine array of British steaks and grills, made with locally sourced British ingredients.

Housed in the boutique-inspired Hotel Indigo, Marco Pierre White Liverpool is a traditional steakhouse set in an impressive urban dining space. Industrial-style fittings of warm coppers are set against exposed brick walls, whilst quirky music iconography gives a nod to the city’s rich cultural heritage.

All sourced from Royal Warrant appointed butcher, Campbell Brothers, the freshly grilled steaks head the varied menu made up of seasonal ingredients, alongside tempting sharing boards, classic sandwiches and hearty salads. Classic English desserts on the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse menu include sticky toffee pudding, or try traditional and themed afternoon teas, including teas specially designed for men and children.

A name synonymous with fine British cuisine, Marco Pierre White was the first British chef to have been awarded 3 Michelin stars, and the youngest chef in the world to receive them.

Disappointed with the main courses, beef was tough, steaks were nothing special, onion rings and yorks burnt. The girl who served me was great, the guy was the opposite, his English was poor and his service quite abrupt

Generally pretty good but you don’t expect to have to send back a steak in a steak house because it’s cold, especially at their prices.
Restaurant took my meal back, put the steak back in the pan for 30 seconds and brought it back out. Which solved the problem but there was no offer of
Good will etc. Won’t be going back again.

Brilliant staff, attentive yet not overbearing. Lovely starters, (esp onion soup) and mains. Nice atmosphere, very relaxing.

Really nice food, nice atmosphere. Would go again! Would have given 5 stars but had to ask for water twice and still took a while to get it.

The waiter with the 'bun' and the beard was amazing. What a Star. If it wasn't for him, I would have complained, but he worked so very hard to keep everyone happy. What an asset! The food was ok, nothing amazing. The steak was disappointing, and full of gristle. As mine was rare, I could understand that, but my husbands was well done, and his was the same. I ordered a desert called Banana & Caramel Mess....no Meringue came with it, as expected. I ordered a cocktail and couldn't have it as there was no Campari. I chose a Candyfloss Cosmopolitan, it arrived with no candyfloss as expected. A glass of Raspberry coloured liquid arrived, and for £10 looked very sorry for itself.

The staff were amazing here. Very friendly. Anya was a lovely waitress and helpful throughout. The calamari was delicious. Well cooked and very tasty. The special of the swordfish with prawns and cous cous was full of flavour and presented so beautifully. The steak was melt in the mouth and the triple cooked chips were an excellent side dish.
