My husband and I went for our anniversary meal. We were looked after extremely well by Maggie. We enjoyed the food and the drinks! Would definitely visit again

We have dined here twice. And on both occasions Manhattan Grill did not fail to AMAZE us. Our tastebuds were in heaven. We require Halal as per our diet and not all restaurants can accommodate this. However Manhattan Grill has some fantastic options for those that require Halal food. We opted for the USDA steaks and they are simply divine!!!

Four people dining and we shared 2 Tomahawk steaks with accompaniments. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was perfect. We would definitely visit again when in the area.

We went for Christmas dinner, our waiter Miguel was fantastic. The main meal did take a long time to come and disappointed that they used Aunt Bessie's potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. For a hotel of that magnitude I see this as unacceptable. Christmas should be about fresh vegetable. This was pointed out to the manager by another customer. How embarrassing that other customers also realised they used Aunt Bessie's product. ?? Portions of the meal itself was good and you could say it was value for money with the one exception.

Visited for my fiancé birthday & had made a reservation online for breakfast at 10:45am. When we arrived I stated we had a reservation and the waitress didn’t bother to ask for any details and walked us to a table, our server came to take our order n after we had ordered our food the manager came over and told us that breakfast ends at 11 and was insinuating we need to hurry up and leave. I explained to the manager I had made a reservation online and had also emailed the restaurant to which I received no reply, I questioned the manager as to why I was able to make a reservation for breakfast at that time if the service finishes at 11am, the manager didn’t seem to care and kept repeating that service ends at 11, my partner explained we had already ordered so would be waiting for our food so we can eat then leave & the manager then left us. Our server brought us some complimentary drinks & when our first dish arrived it was incorrect so we sent it back and the look on the managers face showed me she really wanted us gone. When the correct food arrived it was quite nice and we ate and then left. The manager attempted to make up for her disregard by removing the service charge & giving a discount on the bill, this was appreciated but is still no excuse for her actions.
