We had the Somelier 3 course lunch with a glass of champagne. The whole experience was excellent - from the attentiveness of the staff, the superb presentation and quality of food and the open kitchen seeing the chefs working with such enthusiasm. Each course was described in detail by our waiter.

Really well looked after by the staff who were friendly and knowledgable. The tasting menu was excellent - beautifully put together, balanced and tasty. However, it was more subtle than overflavoured. An excellent all round experience. Expensive but value for money considering the quality.

We visited Manchester House for Afternoon Tea with the Cocktail Flight. Our waiter, Andrew, was extremely attentive and helpful. He provided us with details of all the food and cocktails, which were scrumptious and excellent value. At the time of our visit there was an engagement party who had brought there own band so at times it was much too loud for us to talk, however, Andrew found us a free area outside to sit and finish our cocktails. We had a lovely afternoon and will definitely be returning. I would of given the overall experience 5* except for the noise level.

An excellent meal from start to finish. The venue and views were amazing. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The service was spot on and the food was delightful. Afternoon tea at it’s best with pairing cocktails. All the savory and sweet foods were delicious and beautifully cooked with interesting twists on traditional food. To top it all my favourite - Manchester Tart! It was good value and I would certainly like to go there again.

Visited Sat 26th May for afternoon tea & cocktails. The place itself is gorgeous, our personal server Aiden was very attentive, funny & ran through everything we was going to eat. Food and cocktails were delicious & the Chef catered well for our dietary requirements. Tea & coffee were included but we never received any! I have given 3 stars as we was sat next to a smoking area, everytime the door to the enclosure opened and shut, the stale smell of cigarette blew in and it was disgusting, this ruined the experience for me! This would put me off returning. Such a shame. Also the toilets are very dark and we could hardly see, other guests were saying the same. I think some slight adjustments would be welcomed.

Well what can I say! We had a brilliant time, the food service and atmosphere was fantastic. The amount of food was huge with plenty of choice - the Bloody Mary soup was our favourite savoury and the Manchester Tart was our favourite pud. The cocktails were well matched with the food. Our waitress, Rhiannon, was fantastic, very knowledgeable, very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely visit again - keep up the good work.

We had a very nice afternoon tea at Manchester House, everything tasted delicious but could have managed a couple more sandwiches each. We also enjoyed lovely cocktails afterwards. The only down side was the fact that, on the day we went, the lift wasn't working (a maintenance team were trying to fix it) therefore, we had to get to the twelfth floor via the staircase. This was not for the feinthearted, and I imagine that some diners would have been put off. Nevertheless we enjoyed our experience at Manchester House.

Great service, great food, great cocktails. Had an issue with the staff arguing in front of us for 10 minutes and we were uncomfortable but they appologised and gave us our cocktails on the house.
