We had a fantastic Afternoon Tea here. Great selection of high quality food, good portions and the prosecco was delicious. Go for the bottomless prosecco option for only £10 extra per person for 1.5 hours. Esther looked after us and was amazing!

Food was good but service not . Went for a birthday celebration but tables too close together and people on next one too noisy and getting up and down from their chairs meant they kept banging out backs.Long wait for food to arrive , we did complain.

Had a table booking mix up at another restaurant so booked here last minute. The food was really good shame it wasn’t busier. Great service also from my Northern Irish friend (sorry I didn’t catch his name)

We went for bottomless brunch. The food and drink was delicious; however, the portions were very small so we ended up getting an additional two small plates. The waiting staff were not at all attentive. We spent the majority of time sat with empty glasses and there was one occasion where we ordered another two glasses of prosecco and they'd forgotten about it for 15 minutes, but this time was not added. It would have probably ended up cheaper for us to have just ordered a bottle of prosecco to share between us and separate brunch menu items rather than to have ordered off the bottomless menu.

This was my first visit with a friend for afternoon tea which was excellent value, beautifully presented and extremely delicious! There was a good selection of sandwiches and the cakes were delightful. The environment is tastefully decorated and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely revisit. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Food was delicious, myself and my partner had been given a voucher as a gift for Afternoon tea. The server called Jack made us feel very welcome and made sure my wheat allergy was taken care of very carefully. Gorgeous decor throughout with a mixture of industrial and chigue and even the ladies toilets were stunning with scrumptious aromatherapy hand wash and hand cream and the lovely touch of fresh hand towels from a suitcase.

Afternoon Tea was delicious and the menu was something different. We enjoyed everything apart from the Manchester Tart bun which had a strange, bitter taste? The service was abysmal though. Was sold unlimited Prosecco for an hour and half but every time we wanted a drink we had to get up and ask for it. The waiting staff didn’t look after us and basically ignored us. The waiter just kept walking past us - awful. The guy behind the bar was the most pleasant but he wasn’t waiting on. Needless to say that service charge was taken off our bill as I will never pay for shoddiness. On that basis I wouldn’t go back. Service is very important to me.
