Malmaison Aberdeen boasts a dramatic open restaurant featuring plush banquette seating and brushed chrome, all illuminated by dim hanging spotlights and warm open candlelight. An open kitchen gives the unique opportunity to see Malmaison's talented chefs at work at the theatrical Josper grill.
The brasserie-inspired menu is famous for perfectly cooked steaks and superb mainstay classics, plus regularly introduced on-trend dishes and a seasonally changing prix fixe menu. The artfully crafted Malmaison menu utilises a range of fresh fish and seafood, superb seasonal vegetables and a wide variety of steaks, or take your pick from the local house specials in the kitchen's own meat display. Popular desserts include the Mal hot chocolate and crème brûlée. Vegetarian options are also available, with a selection of both starters and mains available on the a la carte menu and on the seasonal prix fixe.
Diners can also head to the trendy bar at the Malmaison restaurant. An accessible, hand-picked wine list, beers and nationally renowned 'Malchemy' cocktails offer plenty of choice.
This exclusive hotel sits 7 minutes’ drive from Union Square Shopping Centre.

Warm welcome, great seating and wonderful food, the staff were polite, knowledgeable and all super attentive.
As an unexpected bonus we even had a visit from Kyle the head chef to make sure we were having a wonderful Mal experience.
Highly recommend the Seafood chowder and closely followed by the duck.

Gorgeous atmosphere. Although I was disappointed in my dish as it was very bland. Everyone else's food looked lovely and tasted nice. Also excpected the meal to be removed from the bill which was not. Overall I would go again, but certainly will not have scallops and crab risotto again.

Still a lovely dinning area, disappointing starter minestrone soup , a strange version. Main courses made up for the lack lustre start, salmon and slow cooked beef were cooked perfectly. Good value for money with glass of fizz included. Server could have been more friendly , slightly aloof which appeared rude.
