A delicious meal, at a lovely table, with such a super girl serving us. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Overall, extremely impressed.
The most delicious pasta dish I have ever tasted and a friend had the risotto and was raving about how delicious it was.

Malmaison Aberdeen boasts a dramatic open restaurant featuring plush banquette seating and brushed chrome, all illuminated by dim hanging spotlights and warm open candlelight. An open kitchen gives the unique opportunity to see Malmaison's talented chefs at work at the theatrical Josper grill.

The brasserie-inspired menu is famous for perfectly cooked steaks and superb mainstay classics, plus regularly introduced on-trend dishes and a seasonally changing prix fixe menu. The artfully crafted Malmaison menu utilises a range of fresh fish and seafood, superb seasonal vegetables and a wide variety of steaks, or take your pick from the local house specials in the kitchen's own meat display. Popular desserts include the Mal hot chocolate and crème brûlée. Vegetarian options are also available, with a selection of both starters and mains available on the a la carte menu and on the seasonal prix fixe.

Diners can also head to the trendy bar at the Malmaison restaurant. An accessible, hand-picked wine list, beers and nationally renowned 'Malchemy' cocktails offer plenty of choice.

This exclusive hotel sits 7 minutes’ drive from Union Square Shopping Centre.

Restaurant had plenty atmosphere and we were served promptly but not intrusive which is good.
The waiter was excellent in recommending the specials that were available.
The Starters on the menu however didn’t appeal to either of our tastes. So we shared some Aritsan breads and oil thatbwas nice. However the main courses had an excellent range and the food was very good.
We shared a T bone cut of meat between two and if was excellent. Would recommend a visit.

Lunch on 4 December 2018, Service very slow and poor. The restaurant smelled like a kitchen. Food was poor and cold. Not good at all. Staff were all new and not trained. No knowledge of the dishes on offer whatsoever. Wont be back and I will not recommend this shambles of a place to anyone.

Parking tricky but table ready on time and service smart. Food excellent from short and all fresh menu. Price ok. Overall very satisfactory.

We felt the evening was made longer than necessary because the service was poor.

The chicken dish I ordered was overlooked & the broccoli side dish was undercooked. I ordered breakfast tea to be served along with my main course but I have to ask for it 3 times. By the time it was delivered my misin course was almost complete. I ordered sticky toffee pudding with ice cream for the sweet course but was well through the pudding before the ice cream was served. Whweas I don’t normally complain about restaurant service, this is an upmarket establishment & the expectations are higher.

Fantastic steak best I've had for a long time.
Really friendly staff. I got a bit of chocolate cake as it was my birthday, what a lovely touch.

This was my first visit in a few years and although the food is acceptable, I remember now why I'm not a regular, it's expensive and in my opinion not great value for money. £15 for scallops as a starter is too dear and they were small. There were 4 of us eating and all of us thought that it was okay but not great. The restaurant was busy though so perhaps we are all just too picky! Doubt I will ever return to the restaurant but would have no problem eating in the more informal lounge area where the fayre is very good and much better value for money. The service overall was good except our starter dishes were still on the table when they tried to deliver our mains, not acceptable.
