We had a great night out at maisonette du mezze. The food was lovely, the decor gorgeous but the best thing was the staff. They were great fun and really attentive. I would defiantly go back .

Lovely restaurant with very friendly waiters and waitresses who make you feel very welcome and ensure that you are very well looked after. Food was delicious, tasted very authentic and wasn’t too long of a wait between courses.

Beautiful restaurant in the most touristic area of London. Outragiously expensive and surely not worth the money. Food was nothing special. Service was inattentive and pretentious.

Expensive and average food. I felt we were paying for the decor and the staff, which seem far too numerous to me and their fancy uniforms rather than the food. The hot mezze was ok but nothing more than that. We also ordered a cold mezze Makdous which was described as 'Baby aubergines stuffed with walnuts, herb and garlic marinated in Olive oil and lemon ' it looked old, and had been pickled, obviously to preserve it. It certainly had not been marinated on olive oil or lemon, more like vingegar. We couldn't eat it. We ordered two glasses of wine, and only one came, as we sipped it, we decided we didn't want another anyway as it was very average (£7). Of course it appeared on the bill, but they did take it off and apologised when we pointed it out.
