Located just off Copenhagen City Hall Square, MAD (short for Modern American Diner) is a stylish eatery, favoured by people with a love for authentic American diner food.

Before opening MAD, the two founders toured the US, sampling the unique tastes and atmosphere of more than 70 iconic American diners. The outcome of this journey is Denmark’s first ‘real’ American diner, with a spectacular menu packed with the best diner classics from across the US. Try for example their Wagyo “Kobe” carpaccio, a succulent New York Strip steak, a New Orleans Po’Boy sandwich, or a classic grilled burger made with the best US 100% certified Black Angus beef.

To accompany the food MAD offers home brewed wheat beer and IPAs, as well as top wines from famous US wine regions, including the Napa and Sonoma wine districts.

MAD is located in central Copenhagen, next to Tivoli amusement park and Copenhagen City Hall Square, and less than a 2-minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Station.
