Restaurant description

Experience the all new Devonshire Square Glenfiddich Whisky & Oyster Terrace at Mac and Wild. They've sourced some of Scotland's finest oysters straight down from Cumbrae Firth - you'll practically be transported to the West Coast of Scotland with the smell of the sea! Mac and Wild are thrilled to have teamed up with Glenfiddich to deliver a bar offering perfectly paired for these fair delicacies! Enjoy a fine selection of whiskies and champagnes including Glenfiddich’s latest experimental expression, the beautifully balanced Glenfiddich Fire & Cane, finished in Latin rum casks. Paying homage to traditional Scottish cuisine and native customs, Mac and Wild serves up London’s most traceable meat and seasonal produce straight from the wild Scottish Highlands. The eclectic, hunting-lodge-style interior is filled with leathers and chunky wood, animal furs, and black & white photography. Guests can also try their hand at target-hitting on the virtual shooting range.

The meat-heavy menu at Mac and Wild City is filled with prized signature dishes, headed by the ‘Veni-Moo’ burger, which boasts awards including London’s best burger. Other favourites include the haggis mac and cheese, venison chateaubriand, and drippy Scotch eggs. There is also an entirely-Scottish whisky selection of over 200 blends.

Mac and Wild Liverpool Street serves a Scottish-themed brunch at the weekend, bringing the finest Sottish produce south of the border. Served every Saturday and Sunday, unlimited prosecco or brunch cocktails can be added for £23. From the bar, beers and ciders are cherry-picked from across Scotland, and there is a selection of playful cocktails, including the Irn Bru-themed Forth Bridge, and the spicy Highland Solstice.

Guests can enjoy the sun-bathed terrace during warmer weather, or dine in the Highland 100-seat restaurant. Find Mac and Wild London a 4-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station.

Food very good although dessert was very disappointing. Venison was very good but should have included some vegetables as part of menu

Food was of a very high standard. We loved the haggis balls and venison was glorious. Was disappointed that bar did not serve either Brandy or Malibu.
