A high-end concept brought to you by the former MD of steak restaurant Gaucho and Le Gavroche chef Michael Reid, M Victoria is the second M opening, joining its hugely popular sister restaurant, M Threadneedle St. This award–winning grill restaurant was shortlisted as Best New Opening 2016 and won ‘Best Grill Restaurant - London’ 2018.
Offsetting its succulent grill cuts with a nutrient-bursting raw bar, the M restaurant menu focuses on supreme ingredients, cherry-picked from across the globe. Enjoy RAW specialities like tuna sashimi or kangaroo tartare, along with GRILL favourites like braised lamb, or a succulent Aberdeen Angus steak.
Head down to the basement-dwelling M bar to sample a host of signature cocktails and street food, where live arts and DJs conjure a high-octane vibe. The M restaurant group was bestowed with ‘Sommelier of the Year’ award from Harpers 2015.

food was very standard nothing to write home about what so ever. very nice venue. waiters could be a bit more attentive. lack of rum cocktails was astonishing at such an established venue. Only reason I would recommend this place is because of midweek free flowing prosecco.

Had a really good time at M, the staff were very attentive and the food was elegant and tasty. With the prosecco deal they were running at the time of our visit, it was surprisingly good value. Would go back!

The steak was good together with the french fries, shame veg or salad were extras so not a complete main meal.
Free flowing proseco was welcome but overall on the food and sweet side the feeling was that it could have been more.

Set meal good... excellent steak, and my sister's beetroot dish pleased too. Prosecco kept flowing as advertised. Worst thing, and why we probably won't go back, was the very loud music. We like live jazz, even with a backing track if they must, but it got louder and louder through the meal till it was very hard to hear each other speak. The waiter felt the same. Why don't some restaurants 'get it'? Atmosphere is one thing, good food a major attraction, but people also go out to eat for the chance to TALK to each other.

Very good value, 4 courses, fairly limited choice but all very tasty, a bottle of prusecco per person, attentive service, what more can you ask for?!

Steak was fine but the other courses were fairly average
