Booked last minute as a treat for date night.
Wasn't disappointed. Booking kindly confirmed by phone and I'd asked for a cosy table.
Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and the hostesses were seemless. We were shown to a lovely table on a raised level overlooking the main dining area
Menus were kindly explained - we had booked the unlimited prosecco deal - and any allergies were asked for. Beimg gluten free I found this a nice touch.
Prosecco began pouring and didnt really stop! Starters and mains were delightful and our head waitress was charming and professional. She checked on us throughout and never left our glasses empty! We were certainly never made to feel as of we'd booked a deal unlike some venues in town.
The girls loos are also a real treat with heated seats - check these out! :)
Overall a lovely evening with great good and drink in a lovely venue!
We look forward to returning.

The restaurant and ambiance was very good. The Prosecco free flowing the food whilst well prepared was a little disappointing. I am sure had we not been on a special menu it would have been excellent.

Great value set menu, food mostly excellent, great service and lots of champagne top ups!

I have been a few times at this restaurant- this time we haven't been impressed. The Service was slow, there was a problem with the water, so bottled water was provided to wash your hands and flush the toilet, but this hadn't been refilled enough so people were without water to wash their hands.
The deal is advertised as free flowing prosecco for 1.5hrs, however when they provide you with the menu it says at the bottom a maximum of 2 bottles of prosecco in these 1.5hrs- you could purchase a further bottle for £20. that in my eyes is not free flowing! Quite disappointing. The desert tasted of fish, might have been due to the water problem. I won't go there again.

I had previously been there so thought what better to celebrate my sister and I Birthday then to return due to receiving excellent service. I booked a table 10 people on 7th October 2017 and the service was none excited. I had placed a order for a drink and when it didn't arrive 20 minutes later I called the waiter to say I had not received my drink, I then called another waiter 30 minutes had gone by asking to speak to a manger as the service was so poor. In the end the drink took 40 to arrive I got chip (crisp) instead of bread was charged for lobster topping when they didn't have any. The night was a complete nightmare to what which I will not be returning or recommending.. I felt completely embrass to take friends and family there.

Having previously had a really terrific time at M Threadneedle St., I took a small group along to the Victoria version. Nothing overtly wrong with the meal, it was all just rather dull and lacking in flavour. The beetroot risotto was particularly bland and disappointing. The staff were pleasant enough but the service was a tad slow. Found all the extra charges for veg, sauce, toppings etc surprising. Overall, an unexpectedly below average evening.
