Restaurant description

Created by the former managing director of Gaucho, and led by executive chef Michael Reid, M Restaurants houses 2 100-cover restaurants, a destination cocktail bar, a wine-tasting room and a secret lounge, in addition to flexible private dining and event spaces.

M Grill serves select steak cuts carefully selected from around the globe, including South African rib eye and high grade Japanese pure Kobe fillet steak. The international menu at M is complemented by a wine list which boasts over 120 wines by the glass.

Characterised by extravagant lighting, contemporary artwork and sophisticated furnishings, M is a distinctly cool City venue. M Restaurants in Bank is also home to a mezzanine-level cocktail bar, which plays host to live music and DJs.

Came for the bottomless dinner, was really good steak, mediocre snickers dessert (more like a mousse) but overall a very nice, classy atmosphere in the restaurant. My glass was never empty which was great! As soon as your prosecco gets below half, they're right over to top up, never had to ask! As soon as your 1hr30 is up the prosecco stops immediately haha

have been to this restaurant previously and the food was excellent. Bit disappointed this time as it wasn't as good. The trout started was TINY! One very small, and I mean small, piece of fish on a plate, nothing with it. The main was good though, great steak and the chips were excellent. Dessert was unexciting, it was supposed to be a Snickers possett but it had very little taste. The cheesecake wasn't a cheese cake and also was rather tasteless. However, this is a lovely restaurant and they were very generous with the prosecco!

Good evening but let down by a number of simple things - first course not served (had to request it when the starter arived...), not serving steak knives with the steak (it's a steak restaurant?!) etc. Good prosecco offer though!

Fantastic evening! Service was good - not too rushed, and with a bottomless Prosecco deal we thought we might be. Food was absolutely amazing and overall good value. We’re definitely going back!

It was our wedding anniversary and we booked the 4 course/free-flowing prosecco deal for lunchtime. As it was a Monday the restaurant was quiet (which suits us very well). The food was excellent, the prosecco was free-flowing (at no point were our glasses close to being empty), the staff were fabulous: friendly and courteous, just the right level of attentiveness. I would thoroughly recommend M Threadneedle Street (as well as the free-flowing prosecco deal if it's available).
