Nice table and staff, unfortunately the afternoon tea was very poor sandwiches had hardly any filling. The scone was lovely the best part of the tea. Cakes very poor quality and dry.

It was ok, nothing special, nothing offensive - but i had to sign a disclaimer when i asked to take some of the cake we hadn't eaten with us for later??

My friend and myself went to the Queens for afternoon tea for a special treat. It did not disappoint. The art deco and furnishings were lovel, a great atmosphere. Our waitress (an Irish lady) was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. She was most friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our tea, but felt there were a little too many cakes. Last time I went there was a pot of some kind of dessert, which I missed. We ended up taking some of the cakes home. Altogether a luxurious experience.

The Grill wasn't open so we ate in the Bar we had booked but girl said she had not been notified of our booking, It wasn't a problem because it was not busy, but at busy times it would have been. Waitress was very good and attentive and food was really nice, we had a very pleasant evening.

This is the first time we have eaten in the restaurant. The food was excellent. There is a large menu. The staff were very professional and friendly. I will definitely eat here again.

My friend and I had afternoon tea at the Queens Hotel, Leeds and to be honest I was a little disappointed. The bread on the sandwiches was hard and the fillings very bland. The scone was nice but overall for the cost I did not feel that it was good quality. I have had much better afternoon teas for much less money and I would not book it again.

The restaurant was moved from down stairs to the main bar area last week.the atmosphere was not as good, there was no intimacy feel about it. A lot of visitors go straight to the bar for drinks only and the area can get rowdy.
