Bistro Central in the heart of Copenhagen is a French bistro with a great atmosphere and a wide selection of traditional French dishes. The restaurant is managed by two friends, chefs Mikkel Zachhau and SørenFossum, who have learned their craft at Michelin restaurant Le Sommelier and respectively Anarki and Jagger.
At Bistro Central they aim to capture the essence of the classic bistro with focus on good craftsmanship, a love for quality produce and an informal and cosy atmosphere. As such, the menu is distinctly French in its style, though inspiration has also been taken from other international cuisines. Try for example classic, crowd-pleasing dishes such as perfectly cooked rib-eye steak and moules mariniere. The dishes are meant for sharing, but are also available to order individually.
The interior at Bistro Central in Copenhagen is designed in traditional bistro style with closely packed cafe tables, a muted colour scheme, and art works adorning every inch of the walls. Kongens Nytorv metro station is only a 5-minute walk away.

Fin lokale. Lidt sjusket betjening. Flere udsolgte retter på menuen. Den mad vi fik var god.

Meget hyggelig betjening og hyggelig atmosfære. Gode bøffer, vinen til bøffen var lidt for let, men alt i alt en god oplevelse.
