I did not done at loritas as the manager ignored the booking. Very poor customer service needs to go on a course to learn more skills. Will never go there again. Also should not use this service if they do not now understand how to use. Loritas you are a waste of time!

We had an afternoon tea and the food was really nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming and they came over straight away and got us drinks, then the food was really quick as well. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely go back.

It was supposed to be a birthday treat for a friend but it turned out to be the worst afternoon tea any of us had experienced. On arrival the staff were wondering where to seat us even though the table had been booked for weeks, and eventually we were shown to a small table by the toilet. The door to the toilet kept being left open which meant it was unsightly and also there was a draught from the fire exit door. My friend and I ordered rose petal tea which looked pretty but tasted nothing like rose, in fact, it had more of a minty taste. This was exchanged for ordinary tea. The sandwiches were good, but oh dear, the was burnt and it was obvious just by looking at them that they were going to be dry and rock hard...and they were! Worse than that, they were stale. When we mentioned this we were invited to choose something else so my friend chose lemon drizzle cake which she said was lovely and I chose fruity coconut slice which was so dry and crumbly it virtually disintegrated when a fork was put into it. To us, the main event of an afternoon tea is the scone, cream and jam and we were very disappointed to say the least. When we visited the toilet we found the floor to be wet and muddy, and the toilet seat was unnervingly wobbly! Will we be going again...NO!

I have been here before and had a lovely experience, table was reserved and food had been really well prepared. When I came yesterday, I had booked however table wasn't prepared or reserved, there was one free which needed to be cleaned so I did feel they did not know about the booking, the food was nice however did feel rushed and had a better experience the first time. However I must add the scones are lovely!

Lovely bakehouse. Warm welcoming and very accommodating to every needs. They checked on us but was not intrusive. The bakehouse was set out nicely. Very clean with a lovely display. Children were very well looked after - even providing a child's portion of afternoon tea.

Lovely afternoon tea. Booked via their website and table was ready and waiting. Staff went out of their way to tailor it to our likes and dislikes on sandwich fillings. Couldn't fault it.
