A very fun and unusual venue. Throughly enjoyed our tea with the kitties.

In one of the capital’s trendiest districts, London Cat Village serves afternoon tea surrounded by countless resident felines. For the ultimate homely touch, trade shoes for comfy slippers at the door, and settle in for monthly Detox & Meditation Nights on Wednesdays.

Serving up traditional teatime treats throughout the day, the London Cat Village menu includes elaborately decorated cakes, warming hot drinks and cooling iced coffees. Tempting desserts, served in delicate glassware, offer extra-level luxury.

Plush rainbow-coloured bean bags and split-tree-trunk tables are dotted through the dining room at London Cat Village, and springy artificial grass is felt underfoot.

A stress-busting experience that’s currently one of London’s most sought after, this cat café in Shoreditch is found just 5 minutes’ walk from Old Street Station. Please note that London Cat Village do not admit any child under 12.

Lovely cat hosts, playful and cute. Light bites and nice loose leaf tea but don't expect to have a full meal. Would definitely recommend the place to cat lovers for the ambience.

We had a fruit tea and a rose iced latte. The rose latte was great!

We were disappointed that the ' Toasties' had run out.
My alternative of 'Fishy Wishy' salmon mousse had some bones in it, which was not very pleasant.
Obviously you have to be cat mad to really appreciate it, but I assume customers would only go there if they are.
I would recommend it to friends, but again - they would have to be cat mad to go - but most of the people that I know ARE cat mad.

Friendly staff and service, food was tasty, would prefer not to drink coffee from a small plastic cup. Food and drinks did not arrive together, I encouraged my guest to start without me. I found it very difficult to enjoy the food due to the strong smell of cat pee. I enjoyed the overall experience and the interaction with the cats.

It was easy to book a table via the online system. We arrived a bit earlier but they were very flexible. The place is lovely, they really well look after the cats. Despite of the number of the cats there place is not smelly and it is clean. We had some cake and coffee. The service was quick, the cake was good. The cats are absolutely beautiful and friendly. It was an outstanding experience.

Something a little bit different for a cup of tea and piece of homemade cake. Really friendly staff and easy going ambiance. All the rules explained as you enter. Well worth it.

Peppermint hot chocolate is really nice

Well run cat cafe with a very comfy atmosphere. The cats are the boss here, and staff, while friendly, make that very clear, which is how is needs to be.
When we were there the cats in the main room were very lazy and therefore mostly decoration, but more cuddly on the lower level.
The food was really nice, I gambled and lost on my drink (the green smoothie-like drink was too sour), my partner's drink was nice.
Prices seem fine, but with entrance and service fees the bill does add up. Still worth it for a cat lover.
The time limit of an hour (extended a bit to let us finish without rush) feels a bit tight, we could have stayed and cuddled the kitties longer.

I went there with my daughter. It's a great place for cats lovers. The cats there are beautiful and friendly. We went there in the morning so most of the cats were lively and happy to be stroked. The staff there is friendly and helpful and there is no problem as long as you obey the rules.
The only disadvantage was the price. We had a coffee, a glass of juice and two pieces of cake each. For the money I left there I would buy dinner somewhere else. And you can stay there for an hour.

Not great. The cats seems happy but totally disinterested in the customers, which they probably just find annoying to them. A few of the cats were very quick to get their claws out when it was food time, this is likely due to the competition between the cats. If money goes directly to re-homing and vaccination of a larger group of cats, then maybe it's worth it, but if it's just this isolated few, then I doubt it's worth it, as the cats lives would be happier in separate homes (and would be a much more sustainable model, as I'm sure shorditch rent prices must be pretty epic...) Likely to be the last cat cafe I'll ever go to.
