Great Provence rosé, I had to have a second glass! Normally you have to buy a whole bottle but they kindly served it by the glass. Complimentary bread served warm and fresh. Both the chicken and Hake main courses were excellent, I had lovely roasted artichokes, crispy kale and steamed coloured cauliflower rosettes. We had extra chunky chips, lovely hot and crunchy. Dessert was disappointing. We shared an apple crumble tart, which did not taste of apple and was very crunchy/ hard baked. Prices are reasonable, menu choice limited. Could do with a little more creativity. Attentive service with a smile. We will be back.

Pre/drinks in bar was good. Private room with 3 separate tables for our party of 3 couples allowed us to have an enjoyable evening. Service was very friendly and efficient. Food was good; only issue was slightly salty mash which the chef was informed about. Wine was excellent Booking service was excellent

My husband and I had lunch at Leicester's Restaurant and we were really happy with the quality of food and the service we received. This is the third time we have dined at Leicester's Restaurant and we will definitely be back again!

Good experience, waitress was first day, but was very friendly and helpful.
