It looks like a cafe but the food is amazing! Light, fresh, delicious and you would never know it was gluten free. Really great quality. Manager was super professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

LEGGERO Soho is the only Italian entirely gluten-free restaurant in the UK accredited by Coeliac UK. Vegan and vegetarian-friendly, LEGGERO offers fresh, homemade pasta and classic Italian flavours

The flavour-rich LEGGERO menu is led by homemade pasta and ravioli. The menu begins with a selection of small plates, including duck breast with red berries sauce, stuffed calamari or the pork on Portobello mushroom with beetroot cream.

Main dishes include handmade sorghum and hemp basil tagliatelle served with almond flakes, pesto and tomatoes, and ravioli stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and beetroot, whilst tiramisu and almond and orange cake are amongst the rich desserts. From the bar, sample a range of classic and signature cocktails, as well as a lengthy Italian wine list.

Also stall holders at popular Mercato Metropolitano in south London, find LEGGERO on Old Compton Street, a short walk from Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus Tube stations.

    What a fabulous little restaurant! Went here as a group of 4 as one of the group is coeliac and she normally struggles to have a choice when we eat out. She was in her element being able to have anything on the menu and the rest of us were equally impressed! The food was great and we all enjoyed 3 courses each! The staff are lovely, friendly and fun and very knowledgeable about their menu. Would highly recommend this little gem whether you’re gluten free or not!!! Loved it!

    It’s was good, the food was good as was the service. My only criticism would be the tables are too close together I couldn’t get out to go to the bathroom without disturbing either side of my table.

    Excellent selection and taste, great service and relaxed environment. It’s the first totally Gluten Free restaurant we’ve been to and we were very impressed on all fronts. Service was excellent and our waiter was very knowledgeable. Imaginative and tasty menu. We’ll definitely go back.

    Delicious food, delicate tastes and perfectly sized portions. Good service although only one staff member for a busy lunchtime. Wine pairings were perfectly chosen. Excellent for gluten free diet as all options available.
