The whole experience was wonderful. Staff were friendly and service was quick. We had the three course pre-theatre menu and the food was delicious, especially the lemon tart. The best I’ve ever had.

Really disappointed. Service was none existent and the part I was most looking forward to (leaving) took 40 minutes to get the bill.
We had some rubbery escargots followed by some chewy mussels...Would not go here again.

Le Garrick is a very intimate restaurant with friendly staff. It's very cramped but it has lots of character. On my visit, we ordered from the set menu, I had the steak which wasn't great but my friend had the muscles which she enjoyed. Wine was lovely.

Food was good; not amazing though so a bit overpriced. Place is cosy with good atmosphere

Entry level French bistro offering traditional fare with some nice regional offerings. Starter choice a bit uninspiring, but I am told the onion soup was good (even if served a bit cold at first). I had mussels - did not know Pygmy mussels existed! Most London Restaurants charge for everything these days, so was not surprised at the £3 olives or bread, but the servings was very meagre and not great quality. For main course, am told boeuf bourguinon was very good, and my cassoulet was good also. The wine list had some interesting regional choices complementing the food, so well done there - but the whites were not quite chilled enough - even warmish - and I don’t serve wine very cold. Desserts were fairly good. Overall not bad but could be much better for the price.

An excellent lunch. What I didn't know when I booked was that it was Beaujolais Nouveau Day. This meant that there was a set 4 course lunch but this wasn't a problem. Everything was well cooked and very tasty. The place was packed out and everyone was having a very jolly time! The staff were brilliant and definitely on top of the game.
