Contemporary Swissness is the essence of le chalet. Individual service and a personal touch is our focus and our chefs work consistently using the best of sustainable Swiss produce. Wherever possible, we source our food from local and regional suppliers and choose products that meet our quality standards. Our new décor is designed to enhance that comfortable cozy chalet ambiance. We have used predominantly Swiss materials including a modern fireplace made from Onsernone granite from the Tessin region as well as slate chargers handmade in Switzerland.

Our teams in the kitchen and service will imbue your dining experience with their passion for wonderful food, excellent wine and personalized service.´

    Waiter was competent and explained the difference between the several meat. Quality of meat is high.

    I ordered a "Prime Dry-Aged" Beef Filet, grilled medium-well. I explained, that the meat shouldn't be bloody but still juicy. Unfortunately the filet came well-done - completely well done (meat was tender, but very dry). The waiter ment, she'll inform the cook, came back and offered me a coffee after the dinner. I accepted this because I wanted eat dinner together with my collegue.
    Honestly, I was a little bit surprised about this simple offer with the coffee - finally my piece of filet was CHF 76.50! A little bit a "bad" experience and my expectation were bigger from MÖVENPICK.

    POSITIV: Das Essen war gut. Alles war auf den Punkt grilliert, wie gewünscht! Bravo! Die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm, das Personal freundlich.

    NEGATIV: Das grillierte Fleisch wurde serviert mit dem Hinweis, dass Kräuterbutter und Sauce noch kommen... nach etwa 10 Minuten !!! Sehr schade! Also unser Fleisch war da schon fast zu 2/3 gegessen. Hätten wir gewartet, wäre es kalt geworden. Allgemein musste man zu lange auf die Bestellungen warten. Ob das an der Bedienung oder "hinter dem Tresen" lag, kann ich schlecht abschätzen. Habe aber manchmal den Verdacht, dass die Küche nicht nachkommt, da ja auch noch das Hauptrestaurant bedient werden muss.

    Auch Getränke musste man manchmal zwei Mal bestellen, weil sie nicht kamen. Der eine, im Menu inbegriffene, Salat wurde nicht nachserviert, da mein Freund sich als Vorspeise einen Shrimpssalat bestellte. Und das obwohl die Bedienung noch explizit nachgefragte, ob der Menusalat nach den Shrimps noch gebracht werden soll, was er bejahte.

    Sehr schwache Restauration, Kartenauswahl schwierig, weil haben wir nicht, gibts nicht, bei Muscheln, Tatar, die zwei Köche bestimmen scheinba,
    Brot und Butter muss man verlangen, im Wein nachschenken stark, immer jemand anders ohne Begrüssung!

    Nice, cozy atmosphere, the meat is really delicious and, together with the accompanying salad (it is quite big and really high-quality), garlic bread as well as the baked potato you get an excellent value for your money. Excellent wine, also for a good price. Service is fast, efficient and very friendly and attentive. A definite recommendation!

    Beleuchtung nur in Kombination mit Tischkerzen angenehm. Sonst sehr ungemütlich!
