Las Tres Manolas is tucked away in a delightful corner of the Spanish capital in the heart of Madrid's oldest quarter - the 'Madrid de los Austrias' - just a stone's throw from the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and Madrid opera house.
Las Tres Manolas offers dishes from northern Spain and you will find a fusion of the traditional and the creative, with specialities such as courgettes stuffed with beef cheek and wild mushrooms, confit of suckling pig with a ginger fruit compote, or the house bruschetta with chocolate soup, all accompanied by a carefully selected wine list.
This fashionable and elegant restaurant has attentive service, while the décor, inspired by the famous painting of the same name by Padilla, mixes imagery from the painting with a contemporary design.
