Fast friendly and attentive service by waiter. Starters mains all good, dessert menu a little limited. Small hiccup with slightly disagreeable front of house over delayed arrival due to m25 accident (which had been notified twice). Apology subsequently received.

Service not good, food was terrible. Waited ages for our order to be taken. When I told the waitress why the food hadn’t been touched she just shrugged.

Our Greeting was very poor. Having been to other las iguanas branches i expected better. Having booked this weeks in advance i thought our table would be ready for us. There was no table ready or should i say no clean tables. The person that greeted us was not expecting us. The server took a very long time to take our orders but luckily this member of staff was fantastic. We felt really bad for our waiter though, he had a really bad limp and seemed to be in pain, the other members of staff in the restaurant let him do the majority of the work. He did a great job and deserves some kind of bonus for working whilst in that amount of pain and barely able to walk. The food was over cooked, not the usual food standard for las iguanas,

We had a great experience at the o2 Las Iguanas on Friday evening. There was an event on (which we were attending) they were heaving but we got to queue jump as we’d booked and the service was excellent. Super efficient and very friendly staff. I wasn’t aware it was a restricted event night menu but it was good value and still had plenty of dishes available to choose from.

My time at Las Iguanas was shocking. It was new years eve and as you can imagine, it was destined to be busy, they were severely understaffed, 1 waiter had to deal with almost 10 tables by herself. Bless her, she kept it professional throughout the night and I believe she shouldn't be working their as her customer service was second to none. She always had a smile on her face, kept us informed and apologized for the multiple delays. (I didn't get her name but she wore a red dress, had black hair, quite short and looked as though she was from asian descent). Other than her, everything else was poor. Food was below standard, chefs were arguing every 10 minutes, pots and pans were being thrown everywhere, wrong orders were the theme of the night and I didn't enjoy one aspect of my 3 course meal which cost an arm and a leg. Overall, very very disappointed - Not coming back!
