We dined at 5.30 and although the restaurant was very busy the service was excellent and the food delicious. There were no negative vibes!

We dined prior to an event in the O2 arena, and therefore ate early. The atmosphere, food and service were great, although it was a freezing cold day, and we had to wear our coats throughout the meal! Still enjoyed it very much :0)

I went here before going to a concert at the O2 and to be honest, I was a bit disappointed. The queues were huge whichever O2 restaurant you looked at, but I chose this place because I've been to other Las Iguanas's before and have enjoyed them. Thankfully as a solo diner I could move up the queue faster than groups, but speed was definitely the best factor. The food came pretty quickly, but was obviously microwaved, so was rather disappointing. I would still recommend Las Iguanas restaurants, but I would suggest you don't expect too much from this one, at least not when the queues are so huge. Having said that, I can't imagine that any of the other O2 restaurants would have done much better under those circumstances.
