Very good meal. Service was quick and efficient which was great as we were eating prior to goining onto a concert. Food was very good and lots to choose from . Would definitely eat there again to try something else off the menu. Would love a branch nearer to Hampton. only one minor observation - The restaurant was very noisy so difficult to have a conversation. Needs better muffling

Fabulous service and atmosphere. Cheap cocktails (2 for 1) between 12 and 7pm. Good variety of choice of food.
Not the best fajitas and sides I’ve ever tasted but it’s exceptional value especially if you opt for celebration menu. Two courses for £20 including one cocktail.

Food was really lovely. I ordered one of the mango cocktails last time I came and it was really nice, so thought I would do so again and got a pitcher to share with my partner - but this was disappointing and had so much ice in it. Also couldn’t taste much flavour as it had so much lemonade (obviously just to fill the jug). Service was very slow as well and had to ask several times for our plates to be cleared and for the bill, but staff were friendly.

The decorations were nice, as was the food. Fajitas were nice. Didn't get ketchup when we asked it it and food came very quickly for food but before drinks. And it was very, very noisy, to the point where I couldn't hear the person opposite me. And it was too pricey for what we ordered. Service charge shouldn't have been added.

Arrived on time at 6.00pm. Restaurant very busy which was to be expected on a bank holiday Monday but clearly understaffed. Staff were friendly but the service levels were poor. Took 30 minutes to get a drink (wine poor quality) and one-hour to get food. Main course and starters were served together. we were due at the theatre at 7.30pm so meal was rushed. Food acceptable but a bad experience. Management should understand that if they want to open the lower floor level they should have the staff numbers to cope.

Very busy, friendly welcome. Excellent waitress but - it took over 30 mins for us to get our 1st drink. The bar was so busy - the waitress kept apologising. Felt sorry for her as we were understanding but others customers were not.
Food good and well priced. Cocktails when they arrived were delicious. However we then tried to order beer and we were told they had run out!! So we moved on
