I was disappointed by a few things really. I specifically asked in advance, with more than a weeks notice, to be sitted in an area with a Spanish speaking waiter, so that my students could practice ordering food: that was the whole point of our visit. When we got there I reminded the manager, and he said: no problem!. When we sat, there were no Spanish speaking waiters, they were all in another area of the restaurant but because the restaurant was full, they could not sit us there. Moreover, when we were ordering tha tapas, the waiter left us in the middle of the ordering to attend another table, thus resulting in having to order the rest of the dishes with another waiter so the dishes came some 15 min apart from each other.
Also, it was too hot in there !!!! Boiling! And it wasn't a hot day at all, 15 degrees outside but inside the restaurant felt like 38!!!

Food was nice. Service was brilliant but the offer I booked was incorrect when we got there. Disappointed!

This was my first time at a Las Iguanas restaurant and I was impressed with the deal offered which is why I booked - 2 courses and a drink with nibbles for £20 a head. First impressions of the restaurant were good, very clean and tidy and the decor is vibrant and inviting. Customers aren't too packed in and with it being a nice day they were able to open the front of the restaurant up to let in some air.

The selection of food on our menu was really good considering we were on a deal, I'm a vegetarian so it was great to see more than one thing that I could choose! Myself and my companion thoroughly enjoyed our food, and the welcome drink we chose (there were three options) and also had some additional cocktails with our meal which were also very nice. I had the nachos and enchiladas and my companion had the fried cheese and the prawn curry - all of which were delicious and good sized portions as well.

There was an incident where another server, not ours, dropped some dishes and some sour cream ended up on the floor and a bit went on myself. It was no bother really, and they gave me some napkins to clean myself up and apologised. But our server, without our knowledge, had spoken to his manager to explain what happened and had taken 30% off of our food bill, which I thought was a lovely gesture especially considering I did not complain so he had no need to do this.

We would definitely go back to the another Las Iguanas and certainly this branch.

    Horrible experience
I booked the £20 menu and they completely ignored
The members of staff were atrocious and the service poor
the drinks never came and the food when it finally arrived was called
The most disappointing thing is that it was all microwaved
    This place was disgusting
