The Botanical Afternoon Tea was beautifully presented & really enjoyed the unusual flavours used. The service was excellent & I was impressed that the staff managed to cater for my bread intolerant friend. Great value.

The restaurant is just outside Marble Arch tube station so very easy to get to. It was quiet so we were able to chat to our heart's content. The staff serving us were lovely. We had the menu from the special Bookatable deal. The choices were not exciting but the food was lovely and well presented. We enjoyed the duck. The desserts were scrumptious. The sticky toffee pudding is 'deconstructed' and delicious. The chocolate parfait was lovely.

There is one thing that makes this restaurant great and that's the service! Ask for Alva - she is wonderful and really cares about her work, Marriott and most of all, her customers. Food is good - service is even better.

We had the afternoon tea with free flowing bubbles. The food was nicely presented and delicious with a good variety and the service was excellent. Our waiter frequently came over to top up our glasses. We spent over 3 hours there but they didn’t push us to leave at all. The restaurant is comfortable and nicely done with an informal, relaxed feel to it. I would definitely book again and at £32.50 I felt it was excellent value for Park Lane. The location is also excellent, being across the road from Marble Arch tube.
