food was good, atmosphere was good only problem is too crowded and staff is overloaded, even though they are very nice, we had to wait more than 30 minutes plz increase staff + seating area also quantity of sugar maybe too much for one meal

Food was good, could have been more savoury aspects of the afternoon tea but service was not very good at all. Room was a bit dark.

Our afternoon tea was absolutely delicious! The service was great and the venue is in quite a quiet street so was very peaceful. I would definitely come here again!

Very pleasant. Scones somewhat dry and grainy. Mixed views on sandwiches - hummus and jack fruit ones were excellent; ‘egg’ and ‘cream cheese’ less so but then again I am not a fan of the latter at the best of times. Excellent feature that everything was vegan.

Nice people. We had the vegan afternoon tea and the sandwiches and chai latte were good, but everything else was boring or bad. I can not recommend especially at that price.

Absolutely one of the best meals of the week of visiting London. My daughter and I were particularly amazed with the “egg salad” sandwich. Great service by Colleena!

We booked here for afternoon tea and had a wonderful time! Excellent food and service! Thank you very much to all of the staff. We will be back!

Went for the afternoon tea - which was delicious! And looked like a 'proper' non vegan tea - scones with (coconut) cream and jam, 'egg' sandwich amongst the other vegan ones, and superb cakes! Highly recommend it - especially on a nice day when you can sit outside

It’s rare to find a place that can cater for both a gluten and a dairy free diet. The afternoon tea was delicious, especially the warm scones. Staff were friendly and the cafe was very peaceful with nice decor. Only down point is it didn’t include a glass of champagne.
