Opposite the iconic Wembley Stadium, La Regina Restaurant at St. George Hotel Wembley offers contemporary Italian dining in a chic setting.
Traditional recipes from all across Italy are showcased on the La Regina menu, all made with carefully sourced ingredients. Classic starters include Parma ham with buffalo mozzarella on a bed of rocket, while the pasta recipes feature rich linguine with a mixture of prawns, mussels and squid. There are hand-stretched pizzas with a great variety of toppings, light risottos, and hearty mains like grilled beef fillet in a creamy mushroom sauce with roasted baby new potatoes.
There are traditional Italian desserts at La Regina Wembley, including tiramisu, classic gelati, as well as panna cotta with caramel. The wine list has been carefully selected to include bottles from across the Mediterranean, as well as other world vintages.
A stylish spot for a meal before or after an event at the stadium La Regina London is 2 minutes' walk from Wembley Stadium Rail Station.

We're happy, we may have found the best Italian restaurant in the area! Mozzarella visibly of the highest quality; Cured meat delicious; Pizza exceptionally tasty (dough both crispy and mellow, toppings excellent and generous, and we could easily have a white version - i.e. cream instead of tomato sauce). Note: one of the rare place where 4 cheeses pizza is on the menu.

Excellent night out after daughters graduation. Six people in our party and we arrived 30 mins late but not a problem. Not to busy but only 1 waiter who was very good, even when we asked to move tables. Food was excellent and served quite quickly with generous portions and the house wine was quite good. Would definitely go again

Having booked afternoon tea at the last minute our expectations were not that high but we were pleasantly surprised. The waitress was lovely and not intrusive but still managed to top up our glasses with the unlimited Champagne. My friend and I had a lovely afternoon celebrating our special birthdays and would certainly recommend this establishment to others.

Reserved a table for 5.30pm, granted we got there at 5.35pm but there was no table sat ready for us, we ended up ordering and paying for drink at the bar and then we was still never seated at a table! We ended up eating at the bar pirched on stools next to a girl washing pots!!

The restaurant was full of Huddersfield fans eating and drinking what appeared to be a bar and not a restaurant. I handed over my email confirmation, which was subsequently handed to a supervisor(?), but that appeared to be handled with a hands up in the air gesture of "what can i do". So decided that there was NO chance of sitting down to eat our meal and left the restaurant

We never ate here as upon arriving there was no table reserved and the total lack of help from the waiter or the bar staff was unacceptable.Yes, we know an event had taken place at Wembley Stadium but we were under the impression this was a restaurant and not a bar with tables to fight for.

The afternoon tea with free flowing champagne was a great deal and we actually had it in an evening rather than an afternoon!
The food was great and so was the champagne!
Our waiter was very friendly and professional

We chose The Regina Restaurant at the St George Hotel Wembley for its special unlimited champagne afternoon tea offer, unfortunately the offer is misleading and the offer is for a bottle of champagne between 2 diners. When we asked whether indeed it was unlimited champagne we were told it was, however when the first bottle was empty is took the waiter 10 minutes to find another bottle. After the second bottle the waiter informed us that there was no more, we explained that we'd dined on an unlimited offer and that we wouldn't be paying if that was not what was provided. After a further 15 minutes a third bottle arrived but it was a different brand to the original 2 bottles and it was not very good - extremely dry and sour. After all the hassle with the champagne unfortunately we cannot praise the food either. The sandwiches were not delicate triangles but typical lunch box half slices. The scones were burnt and hadn't risen and the pastries/desserts were bland. We will not be going back and will in future stick with the Hotels on Park Lane offering afternoon tea.
