The name of the restaurant says it all; you will be welcomed here with a wide choice of tastes and flavours. Didier Galet presents fish, meat, crustaceans, game and his pièce de résistance: foie gras. The reception of Didier and Christiane Galet is warm, and is made even more so by the peaceful and intimate interior. Out on the terrace or in the garden, the sounds of the Ourthe and Amblève calmly streaming by emphasise the purity of the countryside. This restaurant was completely renovated in April 2002: two extremely comfortable rooms were created.
