We dined in the mid-evening and were there for a couple of hours. The service was swish and pitched at exactly the right level; attentive but not 'in your face'. The food was top quality. My fellow diner is a chef/foodie and could not fault the meal. Every course was prepared precisely without pretention. Really the best dining experience I have had all year.

Have eaten there both at lunch and dinner - it's a firm favourite. A pity it's so far from Covent Garden!

The Venison was divine, melted in the mouth, and was set off beautifully by the red cabbage.

Very pleasant evening had here, good food, staff very attentive in a really nice building. However it lacks the small details that make [...] so good. You get an amuse-bouche before dining, and marshmallows after at [...], but not here. La Chapelle lacks those 5 star touches.
