It appeared that the evening my partner and I visited, they were under staffed and over worked. The waiter for our table was rather sarcastic with an attitude. We also noticed that one of the chairs at our table was damaged and when we asked to change it, the waiter seemed "put out" and huffy puffy. It is a dark venue (dimmed lights, if the bulb hasn't gone ...) The menu is good and the food was "ok" The music was quite loud and the toilet areas had no toilet paper. Overall wasnt too impressed.

We dined in the early evening. The restaurant appeared sophisticated at first, yet upon sitting down we were very disappointing. The music was too loud, the waitors were not very attentive and the food was overpriced. In addition the food was very low quality and we refused to finish it, or even pay.

Lovely restaurant in great setting but it was empty! Hence low ambiance rating. However, was lunchtime on a Tuesday.. Food plentiful and well presented, lovely complimentary olives and breads . Waitress was charming. If you have small children who are picky, then don't have set menu. Fab value at£12.00 but not ideal for small fussy ankle biters. Food was good, well cooked. Great place.

Great place overall...the Calamari was a bit too salty and the risotto was a little watery, but overall the food was lovely, very tasty and beautifully presented. I will definitely be going back!
