Located in the atrium of the hotel, our restaurant with a classic French Brasserie style welcomes you for moments of relaxation. Our executive chef, Diego Amat, who received the award for ?Best Tapas Restaurant in Spain? in 2001, will concoct you a flavourful and colourful cuisine. Composed by fine products, our new winter menu will seduce you with its wide range of hot and cold starters, meats, fresh fishs, cheeses and desserts. We especially recommend the chef suggestions such as Beef tenderloin grilled and marinated with citrus and Espelette pepper served with sautéed fingerling larded potatoes or Whole sole meunière served with roasted almonds and star anise on mixed vegetables. For foodies, we also suggest the Bouchon Lyonnais Menu at 35 ?. (Changing every week) In this menu, you will find Lyonnaise specialties such as: Cervelle de Canut aux fines herbes, Tablier de Sapeur sauce gribiche, Quenelle de Brochet "Bobosse" à la sauce Nantua, Pied de cochon pané & sauce moutarde à l'ancienne...
