Very friendly, very helpful, very accommodating. In our party we had 2 autistic children and the helpers really helped them, reminding them how to look after the cats. I would really recommend the kitty cafe.

Great visit, potatoes a little burnt but otherwise okay.
Consider adding an age limit to the cafe or enforcing the rules due to children running around after the cats and scaring them even when they are being pet by somebody else.

Upon arrival we were taken to our seats. We ordered lunch straight away. We waited 35 minutes until it arrived. The waitress extended our time. Found the cakes dry. One waitress was quite ignorant towards us but the other girls were lovely. We loved seeing the cats which was a great experience for my 4 year old son with special needs and 10 yr old daughter.

Efficient check in, not massively friendly. Our table visited by 2 cats, we were able to walk around to other areas. There were a lot of young children and we felt some of the cats were a bit wary because of this. Cake was lovely and reasonably priced. They were very prompt in getting us to leave after our allotted hour, even though there was no-one waiting and the cafe was much quieter. We love the concept and the cats.

Cakes are lovely, but husband and I ordered a milkshake and they weren't great.
Cats looked well looked after, but was unaware of the welfare charge until we arrived.
was let down on our visit by having no baby/disabled toilets so very awkward to change my little ones nappy.
Glad we came for an experience but sadly I don't think we will return

We came here on a busy Saturday morning, and although we didn't eat there we did note the extensive menu which was very reasonably priced. We ordered two cappucinos which were very nice, but I would have liked them to be hotter. Of course the cats are the best part of the cafe, they make the experience really relaxing

What a delightful time we had. I love the fact that the cats can freely approach or hide away in lots of different spaces. Even those that are timid are confident to come out and investigate when there are quieter moments. They all look healthy and well cared for. It's great that you also use your role to promote welfare awareness by looking for 'forever homes' for these wonderful felines (something others don't do). We laughed as one cat was extremely cheeky and TRIED to steal the ice out of my drink - fishing with his paw - so funny!
Our food was lovely (we had a cheese toastie and a chicken salad) and the staff were charming and very welcoming. The atmosphere is cosy and informal with comfortable sofas - so much nicer than sitting at tables. Having visited other Cat Cafe's...yours is by far the best!
