Booked a table and it wasn't ready when we arrived, and were seated 10 mins after 2pm - which was fine, we had a great table and were happy by the window. Just took a long time to be served that we had to go up and ask to be seen to, 30 mins into our booking. When our order of cakes and teas was brought over, my dads order wasn't there and again had to chase that up. Was 10 to by the time we got everything and then we were reminded that we only had few minutes left of our booking. Overall, I was just disappointed with the service we received, and then to be reminded that our slot was almost over after just eaten, felt a little rude. Moving forward I think efficiency needs to be improved if the restaurants want to maintain 1 hour slots.

We felt that the premise was lovely, but it was just not enjoyable. The rules given at the beginning were not enforced and the cats just looked harassed.

Took my kids there - 6 & 3. They were really quiet, took their shoes off and crouched to the floor and let the cats go to them. They managed to strike and play with lots of cats.
Luckily we had the chance to do that because when it started to get busy, ppl let their kids and toddlers stomp around and scare the cats which ruined it for us. Wouldn't recommend

The atmosphere is lovely and so are the staff. There was one annoying gentleman who obviously goes in there a lot as he knew all the cats names- he just lent over people, under people and through people to get at the cats, even if they were eating. There was one young girl chasing the cats all over the place which as a cat owner I was quite concerned about. Whilst I was there neither the gentleman or the girls mother were approached by staff members. When it was time for the little girl to leave she was screaming and crying and making the other customers quite uncomfortable. I do think if the mum was approached earlier to calm her daughter down she may not have got into the frenzy she was in - I say this as a mother, and a person who has premises which have workshops with young children and adults attending. I think a few words when people first arrive regarding not chasing cats or leaning over people etc could have avoided the above happening. Our shared starter was nice, but we didn’t like our wraps as the cheese was very dry and looked like plastic cheese. My daughter asked for mayonnaise and the plastic bottle came from the kitchen with a broken off lid.

Lovely clean café. The cats were adorable. Lovely food and drink. Not too expensive. We were allowed to wander round and see the cats before our food arrived. Not too busy because it was on a school day and no children around so we got to stay a bit longer than our hour. Lovely and polite staff. One of them even removed a cat from our table because it came after our food even when we put the cover over the food/drinks. All in all a very good time there and will definitely be coming again in the future.
