We had two different and equally excellent portions of cheesecake with our coffee, whilst fussing little Mogg and Heathcliffe and other beautiful furry felines - wonderful!!

Food was great, but felt rather rushed in as much I was advised, after asking for a the sweet menu that I wouldn't have enough time to have a sweet as I had only 15 minutes left at my table and as they were getting busy the kitchen wouldn't have time to prepare one for us. Although they could have boxed it up for me to take home. Very disappointed as for me the sweet is my favourite part of going out for a meal.. What is that all about? If the main meal came quicker I would have had time. I appreciate it was getting busy but felt it had become a cattle market. Perhaps a little more time allowed at a table would be a good idea!!
The idea of cats wondering about is absolutely fantastic and as my son is cat mad it was nice to see him interacting rather than being on some kind of computer/tablet/phone. I think if he could and his father would allow he would have sneaked a couple in my bag.
Certainly would come again. Staf very polite

Lovely café, you only get an hour which can be a rush to eat if they are busy as food takes a while to come. Staff are great even with children, There is a cost to enter the premises which you can easily miss on the booking page, and no mention of it on the website if you don't book, this does go towards the upkeep of the cats but is quite steep of £6 per adult and £4 per child.

Me and my friends came here for my friends birthday hoping to have a lovely enjoyable experience. The problem was the service was very slow, we had to wait about 20 minutes just to be bought over a bottle of water, a diet ckee and a glass of tap water. The hot drinks then took another 10/15 minutes to come out afterwards even though they were ordered at the same time. We then waited another 20 minutes to be asked our food order, however we had to ask them if we could order as they seemed like they had forgot to come back to us. We ordered our food then about 10 minutes later one of the waiters informed us that an item ordered by two of my friends wasn't available. I enjoyed the food I must admit but I just wasn't excited about the whole dining experience. We really like to come to the Kitty Cafe but if we come again we don't think we would have the dining experience as we felt we paid a lot of money for something that wasn't worth it. I appreciate one of the waiters on duty tried his best and apologised to us twice which was really nice, his service was outstanding. But overall the whole experience didn't meet our needs.

A great idea but not worth it. Lots of children meant cats were too scared to come near you. Didn’t see that many cats. Don’t think everyone should be running around everywhere...

We were very shocked to be charged £16 just to walk through the door to see the cats and told we had to leave in 1 hour. Nothing special about this venue. Lovely cats but everything else was very poor. I wouldn't recommend this venue. Food was nothing special.

I really regret to say this but I didn't actually enjoy it. The cats were not bothered by the guests. Any cats around had crowds stroking them. Great concept and good way to get donations but I will not be returning sadly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The drinks arrive promptly. Our seats were in a fantastic spot, we were really close to all the comings and goings of the cats. We had a brilliant time.
