The Kitty Café will always been my favourite place!! The staff are lovely and the cats are even lovelier!!

We had a wonderful time visiting the Kitty Cafe. It was well worth the long drive, and we would go again. The staff were friendly and courteous, the place was spotlessly clean and the food was pleasant. The cats were all in beautiful condition - they all appeared well groomed and also spotlessly clean. A great place to visit. I wish we had one local to us!

The only thing we were a little disappointed with was, despite advising in advance that one member of the party needed gluten-free food (this is advertised as an option), there was very little choice of GF food and not a single desert available that was GF. We had driven for 2 hours to the venue - admittedly primarily to see the cats - but one member of the party has coeliac disease so cannot eat food containing gluten. The staff we apologetic that they had run out, but we expected them to be able to provide something having been given notice that people were coming who needed this.

The concept is good, but unfortunately the execution isn't amazing - the food is distinctly average and overpriced, the cats are lovely and the people are nice enough, it just seems a little too 'businessey' - you only get an hour and you have to pay £6 for it, so if you're a slow eater, be warned!

Excellent venue for cat lovers with a good range of beverages and food. The cafe was very clean and tidy and the staff courteous. The cats obviously enjoyed the safe and accommodating environment and were all well looked after.

My daughter had the Caramello cheesecake and was in raptures about it. I had a jacket potato which was good. Could have been better if it had slightly more than a couple of limp lettuce leaves with it (other people had tomatoes, so they must know they exist!). Overall pretty good though.

Lovely setting, lots of cats who are well looked after and it's nice to see them
They immediately give you the rules as soon as you arrive which I think is a good thing although there are always parents who bring children and then don't control them as they run after the animals. I'd recommend banning children...
The food was amazing, as was the service - it's a shame that you can only book for an hour at a time, but it is completely understandable.
A really well run cafe that I could spend all day in! Thanks to the staff for doing such an amazing job. It's nice that your entry fee also goes directly towards the welfare of the cats, and that there are cats there that are available for rehoming.
    Thank you!

The new waitress was very shy and we honestly didn't hear a word she said at first although I'm pretty sure it was her first day so we were very understanding about that, the food was ridiculously good an excellent value for money, I was sad I was full before I could finish the meal! The cats were extremely well taken care of and the environment was lovely, they had spenty of space to move around and many things to climb and play with. Some rude old ladies had pushed a cat off a table as it tried to get to their food, the first time looked as though it may have been an accident, I was still shocked and going to tell a member of staff when the the lady pushed the cat of again so harshly I loudly gasped and rushed to find a member of staff. The staff were also shocked and so clearly grateful that I had told them, I could then see staff keeping an eye on these ladies and one woman even came up to remove the cats from the ladies personal space. Absolutely love this cafe and can't wait to take another trip!

First visit here the staff friendly and polite lovely surroundings relaxed atmosphere food was excellent fresh and tasty meal deal . On observing the childrens interaction with the cats I think there should be an age limit of over 10 yearolds .

We're told we had 15 mins left on our booking half way through eating lunch so we quickly finished eating but when I checked the time we'd been there less than 1/2hr!! It made experience feel rushed.
