The cafe is beautifully decorated inside. Our table was booked for 5 pm. One of the orders was made wrong hence one of us had to wait for a pizza. Food was delicious but we felt very rushed as staff kept reminding us that they closed at 6 pm, and the tables were being cleared almost as soon as we put down our cutlery. On paying the bill, we were shocked to find there was a welfare charge on top as we had booked on-line and there was no mention of this at all. We found it very expensive for what we got and were disappointed that we were rushed.

Friendly attentive staff and good service with food and drink. The food is very tasty but the only slight surprise is that there isn’t a children’s menu.

The cafe is a great place and the work they do is amazing. The food was nice but they need a children’s menu. The food is slightly over priced and it makes it an expensive outing - for 3 adults and one 2 year old - altogether for entrance, sandwich, cake and a drink each it came to nearly £90 and then I had paid an extra £10 to have a balloon and a banner at the table - so for less than 2 hours it was near enough £100 !!! It was worth it to see our little girls face seeing and stoking the cats!! The welfare worker was a bit intense. The toilets also smelt really really bad of cat amonia!!! Overall a nice experience for our little one and it is a very good cause.
