The food and drinks were lovely, we had a latte, cappuccino and carrot cake. We were lucky enough to have the cats in our seating area when we arrived but the disapointment was that we had children swarming us, and on arrival we were told we were to remain in our seated area. In these circumstances I felt uncomfortable with the children breathing all over us, they were leaning over to stroke the cat that was on our chair and above the window area. They overwhelmed the cats too so they ran away, the cats kept coming back so the children did! The parents were nowhere to be seen. The staff could see but nothing was said to go back to their seating area. I think children should be accompanied by an adult when petting the cats also there should be an age restriction.

First time visiting the cafe with my son, was very impressed with the layout of tables and it was spotlessly clean. The only thing I would add is their menu doesn't cover childrens cakes/treats and my son didn't really like anything from the normal dessert menu. There were quite a few children in the cafe at the time I was there so this would be nice to see on the menu for next time even if they provided cookies or something like that.

was a great experience. Seating could pehaps offer bhugher chairs for us older ones with bad knees :-( but otherwise was comfortable and well laid out. Food was good - well presented and tasty.

Unfortunately my feeeback is tainted by the welfare charge, which came as a complete shock to me. To pay £14 before you’ve stepped foot inside, seemed completely excessive. Maybe a voluntary contribution or £5 per group? If I was alone, I’d have left there and then. The service was really slow and an item of my order completely missed. The cheesecake I sampled from my daughter was delicious though. Loved the cats, just wasn’t sure how much they loved their environment.

I wasn’t expecting the world. I was expecting average food and cats to be all over me. I my self am not a cat person we were here for my girlfriend. The cats didn’t pester the life out of me and the food was incredible. The service quick and the hygiene impeccable (which was a concern before going in) can not recommend it enough even if it’s just for a bite to eat
