Enjoyed the experience...loved the cats, atmosphere..nice and clean and well thought out with the cats being number 1 priority.(of course)
Good service. The only negative was the portion sizes for fillings seems a bit on the small size.

Loved it, staff very friendly and clean.
My only small issue would be us having to chase the cakes 20 mins after the coffee arrived and had 10 mins to eat it vefore we left

Very overpriced. Cost £24 for entry into the cafe and another £26 for 3 milkshakes and 2 diet cokes! Sent an email directly to Kitty Cafe Leeds complaining about the poor service and the fact we were overcharged for our drinks and am yet to receive a response. Staff were very unattentive. First and last visit and wouldn’t recommend.

This is a lovely cafe with beautiful cats and kittens, a good selection of cakes, food and drinks. The "mocktails" have a kitty related theme and the cakes are delicious. All the kitties are available for adoption so you can meet and play with them and get to know their personalities. . Its in a busy city location, but the kitties do not seem to mind the number of visitors passing by. Bookings are easily made online. There is a "welfare charge" (entry fee) of £6 per person per hour, but we were lucky to be offered a deal online (2 hours for the price of 1).

The food and environment (cats included) were fantastic and we had a great time. The only slight issues we had were with our waitress (I didn’t get her name); she spoke incredibly quietly when seating us and all 3 of us could barely hear her and had to try and figure out what she had said by comparing what each of us had managed to catch. Additionally, although our main food and drinks were very prompt, our cakes took half an hour to come out and even then we had to ask the supervisor (she just happened to be closest; she was also the one who greeted us at the entrance and was absolutely lovely) who then went and fetched them immediately. Despite these minor things, we had an amazing time and loved the cats so much. We were there for somone’s 20th and they say said it was their best birthday yet.

It was my 2nd visit. First time was with my friends but my youngest son is a cat lover and he really wanted to go, but not with a posse of mad cat ladies, so it was just us on a quiet morning. It was fantastic. The cats were on top form, really interactive and entertaining, probably because it was fairly early and less busy. The waitress was lovely, informative and couldn’t have done more for us. Food was nice, coffee excellent! All in all, a good experience. We’ll both be back. ????
