This was booked by my children for my birthday, really lovely gift. The café was clean and the cats/kittens were all well looked after and left to their own devices, which was good to see as there were a few children running around, so the cats could get out of their way if needed. Overall the staff were cheerful, but to be told I couldn't be served another coffee due to us only having 15 minutes left was a bit of a spoiler, I mean, how long does it take to drink a coffee?
The food however, was really nice and we left empty plates. I will be coming back but will probably order 2 coffees at the start.

    Good Morning
It was my daughters 13th birthday so she really wanted to visit so as a treat we did and she absolutely loved it,as she loves cats the experience was so nice for her...
Although the morning went so good for my daughter and her friends myself and my wife was a bit miffed and disappointed as when we arrived the girls wanted to go in by themselves so we agreed but when asked to enter to make sure they were settled before we left them we was told we couldn’t go inside due to company and admin policy,we wasn’t happy as we wanted to quickly run through the menu with them but couldn’t,so had to stand in the doorway talking to my daughter on our phones,as you can imagine wasn’t a very nice experience as there were other customers asking If we were ok...so after spending quiet a bit of money myself and my wife was not happy....Although my daughter loved it we would love to revisit.....
    Many thanks
    Mr Mark Budby

Second time coming here and so much more amazing than the first (tho that was fab too). Cutest kittens in the world and I would adopt all of them if I could. We got the meal deal so a main, drink and dessert. Always go for a cheesecake - so worth it

My friend and I loved it! The food, the atmosphere, busy but friendly staff, and most importantly the beautiful cats and kittens!

This was a very nice place to visit. The staff were friendly, the food was good and, most importantly, the cats are clearly very well looked after. Visited at mid-day so the cats were mostly asleep on the window cills but that couldn’t be helped, cats will be cats! There was enough cuteness to make it worthwhile. Definitely worth a visit, and I will be busy finding an excuse to go again!

The kitty cafe is wonderful, the cats are beautiful and you can tell they’re well looked after.
The food and drink are reasonably priced and the coffee is Devine.

The only down side was that our “table” was just a sofa pushed against the wall, which would have been fine if it wasn’t the main way people got around meaning the cats weren’t comfortable stopping by. Also there were many children around pestering the cats which made us feel uncomfortable but this could be avoided if you don’t go on a weekend/school holiday.

This was the first time I had visited the cafe, second time for my mum. The cafe was clean, nicely decorated and had a great atmosphere to it. Staff were friendly and approachable. However I was very disappointed with the food and drink. We ordered wedges each and a I got a decaf tea to accompany that. Both bowls of wedges had a funny taste and were clearly not cooked properly as a lot of them were hard. The tea looked nice but tasted awful very weak and left a horrible taste in my mouth. Needless to say I didn’t eat all my wedges (nor did my mum) and left a fair bit of my tea. I wanted to raise my concerns at the times but my mum did not and so continued to pay for something that we were clearly disappointed with (apart from her coffee). I felt that it was a lot of money on top of entry fee for not an enjoyable refreshment. Other people’s food looked nice.
I’m not sure as to whether or not I’d return based on the fact I’d want to have something to eat but unsure I’d be happy to part with my well earned money if the experience was same as what I got on my last visit.
Next question below is answer yes but only to see cats I cannot give a yes for the food.
