Booked at 1.30 but got there earlier and was allowed in. What we didn’t realise is that it was £6 pp to get in. However this goes to cat welfare. The cats are beautiful. So friendly, well groomed and very mischievous. I had to order at the counter. The food was basic, the service was very poor. I asked for sauces then as I was taking my last mouthful they apologised and said they’d bring it now for me....abit too late! Dessert took ages to come even though it was only cheesecake. The place wasn’t busy so I don’t understand why it was poor. You only get an hour so they ‘kindly’ extended our stay by 15 mins so we could actually eat our pudding. The place itself is beautiful, designed to a high standard. Pristine and comfortable. Just such a shame about the service.

Welcoming staff, lovely surroundings... only1 choice of cake (,sold out due to being very busy ) which was disappointing but they did apologize .Great platform for possible adoption for the cats .

The cafe was fantastic just what we wanted and adorable cats! The service was great staff were really friendly and had time for everyone , but we did have to wait quite a while for our food and I wasn’t overly impressed with it when it arrived. But the experience was great

I love it at the Kitty Cafe, I love getting to interact with all the kittys. The food is really good and reasonable priced, can especially recommend the Oreo cheesecake! You have to watch out for the kittys trying to steal your food, especially Crinkle, but that's all part of the fun!

The cafe is very cosy and the food and drinks very nice. We tried a mocktail and both had an early tea. The jacket potato was nice if a little plain (no seasoning) and the cream tea my friend ordered got food feedback also. The cats are all clearly well loved and cared for, they’re very confident and happy to interact with guests (especially when food is served haha) and explore and play under many watchful eyes Perhaps stricter rules for parents visiting with children might be considered? I noticed a few of the cats being scared to the point of skidding across the floor trying to run away from children startling them by chasing them with toys..

We ordered a ham and cheese panini which my niece enjoyed. I had a cream scone which was delicious. We had so much fun and laughed so much at the cheeky kittens. One of the cats, grey with flat ears jumped on another guests table and pinched a mouthful of tuna, it made our day - absolutely hilarious!

I was excited and apprehensive on booking as I was looking forward to socialising with the cats, but I didn’t want to do it at the expense of their welfare. I’m very pleased to say that the cats were well cared for and content. My Earl Grey Tea and Velvet Cake were lovely ??. I had a very calm and relaxing experience and I felt very happy on leaving the cafe.
