Friendly attentive staff and good service with food and drink. The food is very tasty but the only slight surprise is that there isn’t a children’s menu.

The cafe is a great place and the work they do is amazing. The food was nice but they need a children’s menu. The food is slightly over priced and it makes it an expensive outing - for 3 adults and one 2 year old - altogether for entrance, sandwich, cake and a drink each it came to nearly £90 and then I had paid an extra £10 to have a balloon and a banner at the table - so for less than 2 hours it was near enough £100 !!! It was worth it to see our little girls face seeing and stoking the cats!! The welfare worker was a bit intense. The toilets also smelt really really bad of cat amonia!!! Overall a nice experience for our little one and it is a very good cause.

I had tuna and cheese melt panini, earl grey tea, and carrot cake. The panini was very well filled. Not given nor even offered any sweetener for my tea. The topping on carrot cake was quite honestly too much. Loved the teapot and cup. No idea how I was supposed to use the diffuser thing?

Food was ok.. it would have been nice if we were told that a side of coleslaw came with the wraps so that we didn’t order the side if coleslaw as part of the meal deal, we could’ve got wedges instead. We did get an extra portion of wedges which came flat cold. Also, our whole order was wrong so we were told at 13:30 they had messed up and would bring it out ASAP, it was brought out at 13:45 and within minutes another member of staff came over telling us we had 15mins left if our booking despite the fact we had just got our food due to their error. Also would’ve been nice if the welfare fee wasn’t in tiny little writing on the website so we showed up and straight away needed to pay £24..

Poor choice of food, no vegan options for cakes and sweet bites.

Nice concept but 40 minute wait for average food and had to leave £20 donation which wasn’t made clear when booking

Didn’t seem to be as many cats as last year. Expensive experience for one hour when you go as a family of five.

Excellent food, and delightful surroundings. Lunch is so much better when you have such gorgeous felines for company.
