We had a lovely time, felt very safe with the current COVID restrictions. Was a little disappointed by the scones in the cream tea, very small!

Lovey cakes, booking online great however only booked through a recommendation from a friend so I didn’t look on website so I didn’t realise about the welfare additional cost Which was a bit of a shocker upon arrival. Also bit disappointed of location of table in cafe as next to kitchen door and drink counter so we only encountered 1 cat near us which actually only walked across other side of wall so not in stroking reach and as we weren’t allowed to move around ( which completely understand with Covid) but when you explain to your child you will see lots of cat that come close to you unfortunately that didn’t happen

We both enjoyed the afternoon tea which was our option. It was our fourth visit to the Cafe and we have enjoyed every one. The cats are lovely. We will be going again.

I feel £6.50 per person is steep as an admission price....the afternoon tea is a premium price for not a premium afternoon tea. The place is not easy to find situated in a railway station.

What a great little quirky place this is, took my daughter as part of her birthday celebrations, she loved it! Nice to know you’re helping with the welfare of the cats too. 100% recommend this lovely little cafe.

Never normally leave reviews but felt like I needed to due to the amount of negative ones :( was a fabulous experience cats were happy and healthy and looked in excellent condition would definitely come back, food is good but for me that isn’t why you would come to a place like this, me and my friend loved it and will be returning soon !:)

The cafe is well run, the cats seem happy, plenty of places for them to escape to of they aren't feeling sociable. Food covers provided to stop interested paws from investigating.

Brilliant visit as usual. The team are so welcoming & accommodating. The cats are well cared for & lovely to spend time around. However I do find it frustrating when people moan about the welfare charge. This IS clearly stated on the website when you book & at the cafes. Staff can't be held accountable for people not reading this info before their visit. The welfare charge is there for a specific reason! People also need to pay attention to the rules such as not picking the cats up & staying at your table. The atmosphere of the cafe is so much calmer without people chasing cats around & hanging over other people's tables trying to get the cats attention. Cafe clean & service was quick. Special thanks to Laura, Ana & Kelsey!!
