As we came over in the morning, we would have preferred a light snack maybe a tea cake or croissant it would not have to be served all day just in the mornings, also we wanted drinks but only decaffeinated tea was available so we had to go elsewhere for food and drinks. We did mention this to the manager and she did understand what we meant, this was not a complaint just a suggestion. As a wheelchair user I always ask to be placed near the accessible toilets and space for my wheelchair, the staff always try to accommodate my request, but sometimes I think it gets lost in the translation by which member of staff is placing you in your seat. The fact that some people have special requirements need to be addressed for the day ahead. I will still be visiting Kitty Café on a regular basis as I enjoy the experience immensely.

Lovely and relaxed- brilliant visit! Just think that at least one of your cakes/dessert options could be made vegan?

The cats all seemed content and well groomed, not hungry (didn’t attempt food steals) so happy with that. Staff all very lovely apart from a few more grumpy individuals Desert was amazing, pizza was mediocre Nothing about entrance fee online so that was a nasty surprise

Had a fantastic time. Food was great and the cats were friendly. A must do for any family. Cats are really well looked after and the work the charity do is amazing.

The staff were lovely and attentive- really good with children. The meal deal was good value but had to eat it in an hour and leave as the booking was only for one hour so felt a bit rushed when wanting to see all the cats and eat. Still enjoyed it though for a treat as it worked out expensive with the paying in fee..but all for a good cause. What I didn’t like was eating my dinner in front of the window. Many people outside were taking photos of the cats and just gawping. Think it is a bit unfair to have strangers outside just staring in - out me off a bit, plus how do I know what photos they were taking?? It should be screened off. If they want to see the cats - they should book like everyone else.
