Always a delightful experience at this place.

Near flawless. What a privilege to dine in such beautiful surroundings! Loved the Champagne Afternoon tea; the mango macarons were a revelation. We just felt the server - though professional throughout - was giving an overly hard sell as far as drinks. Thing is, we had champagne and a pot of tea EACH! It just wasn't logical to order more liquids, but the mood/response seemed to get a tad frostier every time we said no thanks.

Great way to spend an afternoon - catching up with an old friend over a delicious afternoon tea. Lovely, cozy surroundings, friendly service, gorgeous food and all in a stylish atmosphere. This is a lovely hotel along with its sister hotel, Great John Street. Highly recommend.

We booked for a gentleman’s afternoon tea at short notice for 6 people for a birthday and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The food was excellent and there was lots of it, the atmosphere lovely they accommodated my gluten free diet and we would definitely recommend to others. We will be going back again.

We loved it , unfortunately didn't realise there was a private party on too, walked in there on way back from the ladies , after which the ladies closed the door , but made it very difficult for the waiters to get in and out , please send the waiters my apology
