Restaurant description
Kabuki in Carmona is a Japanese restaurant located in the Chamartín district of Madrid and has been offering a different type of Japanese gastronomy in the capital for almost two decades now.
Created by Ricardo Sanz and one of the pioneers of this type of food in Madrid, Kabuki in Avenida Presidente Carmona is the core of what the Kabuki brand means today and, in addition, has earned a a prized Michelin Star for the food and service.
Kabuki’s menu perfectly combines elements of Japanese food with Mediterranean food, making nigiris of fried egg, butterfish and hamburger one of the essential suggestions to order. Under prestigious Chef Esteban Murata, the sashimi, usuzukuri, nigiri, maki, etc... are all truly of a supreme quality and preparation.
Located very close to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and with facilities such as valet parking, private dining rooms or an urban terrace, Kabuki in Carmona is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Madrid and, probably, in the whole of Spain.
