Excellent food. Lazy service, noisy saloon, but good overall though.

Very casual. Reasonable food, not exceptional. My mozzarella and tomato starter was better at other Jamie's in the City.

The staff was very nice but not professional.

The service was slow, the food was less than average, prices were high. Some strange policy says that in one part of the restaurant you can only eat pizza and in another part you can only eat from the normal menu.

Felt very welcome by the staff, called and pushed our booking half an hour - no problem and very friendly handled. Excellent food and cozy atmosphere - perfect for enjoying a very well tasting meal in a very nice neighboorhood!

I like the atmosphere and design, also the two-course/three-course dinner options. Prices were okay for what we got. The food was nice, but not as special as I'd expected. Solid, but not a revelation. Could have been spiced up a bit. Brownie dessert a bit on the dry side. Very corteous and attentive wait staff.

I am disappointed and embarrassed about our experience at Jamie's Italian. We had a friend passing through London. She and her daughter had 2 hours in London and I was so excited to take them to Jamie's as they had never been and it is Jamie Oliver! We had to go somewhere near Victoria Station so this was perfect. The restaurant is nice and the service was good but the food was not good at all. Our main courses were sloppy and luke-warm and did not taste as good as expected. I have not had such a bad meal in London for a very long time. We didn't say anything at the time because we didn't have the time (had to catch a train!). I woke up feeling physically upset and really quite cross about wasting £87.65 (including a £15 tip!) on below average food. We thought Jamie's would be a safe and delicious bet but the food (especially main courses) looks and tastes neglected. I feel embarrassed that I suggested we go there! I would very much like to hear back from you before I take to posting on social media and leaving online reviews. Many thanks Tammy

Extremely noisy, and when we asked to have one of the many empty tables at one end of the restaurant, the server told us that we couldn't, as they had been exclusively reserved for use by Jamie's own staff. He could not tell us when these might actually be needed by your own staff, rather than satisfying paying customers.
When I suggested this to the server, he gave me an understanding shrug.

Eventually, after we had been standing for 10 minutes waiting for an answer, we were given a suitable table. During the whole of our visit, there was no sign of ANY company meeting or staff gathering.

The food was very good, but having been here quite a few times I won't be returning.
I suggest you get your act together, and your priorities.
    The noise was extremely unpleasant.
I am a Jamie's Gold Card user, but it looks like I won't be using it again, which is a shame.

it was very good, especially our waitress was very personable and nice and the food tasted nice (tasty and fresh) BUT we had to wait ONE HOUR after we first sat down to receive our first course... something had gone wrong with the process...
