My friend and I both ordered the burger which was absolutely delicious. The waiter tried to push Jamie's own cola and it wasn't a problem when I wanted Coke.

I would describe this as 'average' - nothing special but nothing terrible either. We ordered from a set price menu early evening, pre-theatre. Starters were OK. Mains were variable - a ravioli dish with 'crescents of ricotta' was decidedly lacking in ricotta - four tiny spots only - although to be fair the waiter bought additional ricotta when asked. Crab linguine was short on crab, sauce and flavour but was improved with the addition of Parmesan cheese and black pepper. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The requested tap water was not cold but again, when asked, the waiter bought a glass of ice for us to share - it's just a shame that these 'extra' touches couldn't have been included without us having to ask. We dined with a child and when the bill came her meal was free which was a nice gesture. The side salad with the child's main came in a cute pot with 'shake me' on the lid. However, on inspection the diced bits of salad inside were dry (and a bit dried up) and there was no dressing so absolutely no point in shaking the pot whatsoever!! The waiter's explanation was that children's salads used to include a lemon and yoghurt dressing but that has been discontinued! As I said - average!

Great food and service, but very noisy and too loud music playing in the background which made it difficult to have a conversation.

Very casual. Reasonable food, not exceptional. My mozzarella and tomato starter was better at other Jamie's in the City.

The staff was very nice but not professional.

The service was slow, the food was less than average, prices were high. Some strange policy says that in one part of the restaurant you can only eat pizza and in another part you can only eat from the normal menu.
