The restaurant is in no way a beautiful building and is approached by very unattractive stairs reminiscent of a fire escape! Once up there the staff are very courteous and helpful and most pleasant. The food I have had has been very good. We started with a sharing plate which was very good. My friend had a lovely pasta and I had pork which was deliciously cooked.

Rather disappointing. The food was delicious but the main door wouldn’t open, the staff forgot our water requests several times and we had to ask again - approximately 15 minutes after we originally asked - for the dessert menu.
Perhaps the most disappointing element was a waiter, who had earlier brought us our food, placed an entire dishwasher tray of glasses right up next to our table (where we were eating) and begin to unload the glasses onto other tables. Really poor and lacking in consideration and personal space.
I won’t be dining in this particular Jamie’s again. Incredibly off putting.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere for before show dinner but food was bland, salmon with pasta and creamy sauce and kale was basically bowl of pasta with a tiny sprinkling of salmon and such little creamy sauce it was hard to eat as was dry, and the kale was negligible, so much sonitnjust looked like herbs! Starters were very small for the price. The kids food looked nicer than ours. Puds were good though. Reasonable price for London I suppose but I wouldn’t eat here again given the choice in the Victoria area.

Was quite basic, to be honest. We had booked a table for the Star Deal set lunch menu. Nobody at reception when we entered, we waited quite a while for someone to acknowledge us, finally got someone, she didn't ask about a name or booking, got a nice table and the regular menu vs the Star Deal one. Had to ask the waitress for the set menu. Food was just ok. I had the chicken liver paté to start which was pretty good. My main course was spaghetti Bolognese and it was nothing special at all. Would not race to return there.

Very average. When being allocated a table, staff were very keen to herd everyone together in what was a fairly empty restaurant rather than allow them to sit where they’d prefer. I think this was done to make the serving staff’s life easier but from the customers dining experience it felt uncomfortable. Everything about the restaurant was average, certainly nothing special, and about the best I could say is that it was an ok place to grab a bite, which is what we were doing prior to going to the theatre. Wouldn’t rush back or particularly recommend it one way or the other.
