Few little things :- I ordered the steak . Asked for well done it came out prob medium but still bloody had to send back which returned and was lovely and melt in mouth also the vinaigrette was a bit overpowering on the salad leaves. Think the meal needed something more then salad leaves and chips as felt something was missing . Had to wait a while for most courses. Had the soup which was minestrone which was a lot chunkier then I had imagined but still nice but do not know if everyone would like that as imagined it clear with bits in it and also the waitress didn’t know what the soup of the day was when asked. The treacle pudding was delicious. When asking for the pudding menu to finish our 3 courses we were asked which menu we had we couldn’t remember and was bombarded with various choices thought this should have been made clear to the waitress at the start of the order luckily I could remember. There was no water carafes left we were told from the waitress, so she bought us a glass of water each and said she would come back and fill up through the evening but didn’t once . Overall the experience was lovely and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Jan offer 3 courses for £17.95 - great value for good, tasty food that comes in generous portions. Staff were friendly and attentive. Drinks in comparison to the deal were expensive.

The service was good. The meals was dissapointing, basic food, starter was tiny and main was chicken burger and chips which was greasy.

Came to Jamie Oliver’s Italian restaurant on Thursday for dinner, the food was excellent. I use a powered wheelchair and it decided to run out of power, so Anna the waitress who served me rang the hotel I was staying at and got them to bring my charge to the restaurant and they let me charge my chair while I was having my meal, then afterwards they got me a taxi back to my hotel, I couldn’t have asked for a better service off the waitress Anna & the manager Adam I think his name was. I appreciated all the help from them both, I was advised that it was only a fifteen minute walk from the hotel I was stopping at, to get to Jamie Oliver’s Italian, i had been to the good food show and then to Jamie Oliver’s Italian restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!.
