Lovely atmosphere, great food and good service.

2 of us had experienced a below expectation meal at the Covent Garden branch (independent of one another) so we really had to convince ourselves to try a different branch, in case they were linked to the branch itself. Got seated very quickly, wasn't a very busy night. Though a bit bizarre that we were walking around the restaurant with the waitress to find us a table. Service was mediocre - barely had a waiter in sight to ask us for anything. One person's mains of pasta came out far too firm (Beyond Al-dente and his brother!) and one side came out lukewarm - sent both back, and no apology given. Calamari was very tasty as a starter. Wish this experience was continued, however the mains ( 3 pasta dishes) were terrible! Really bland, and the sauces were not powerful / flavorful in any way. Jamies' seems like the quality you might find in a poor quality chain. Will not be visiting again.

I was very underwhelmed with the whole experience. The service was slow and inattentive. I thought the food was bland, and there was really loud music. I didn't enjoy it at all. I went there really wanting to enjoy it as I like Jamie's cookbooks, but came away very disappointed.

Service was good, but food cold, overpriced and poor value for price paid. Toilets were dirty and no toilet roll in several of toilets. One was blocked yuk. Won't go there again.

I really don't want to spend time writing a detailed view! It'd be better if you didn't force people who have agreed to review to elaborate. Otherwise you'll hardly get any reviews in the first place!!!
