The il Pampero menu conveys the chef’s commitment to cooking from scratch - fresh pasta, bread, smoking and curing start and finish in the il Pampero kitchen. Served in a glamorous setting, traditional dishes include a selection of sharing dishes will be presented, finished and served tableside for a moment of theatre. Sample the the rustic tagliolini cacio pepe (homemade tagliolini with a creamy sheep cheese and black pepper sauce) where the server uses a large wheel of Pecorino cheese to mix in the fresh pasta and create a rich, silky sauce for the dish.

Excellent food and service. I had the wild boar ragu and it was delicious. I came back again for lunch the next day to eat it again!

Disappointing, service was poor, one dish served was cold in the middle therefore not re-heated properly - we expected more!!!!

Service and attentiveness were mediocre at best. Food quality was adequate but nothing special. The manager was much more attentive to a table of friends of his than to anyone else. We were VERY disappointed with the restaurant.

We had a booking and when we arrived they said there were no tables available as it was all busy. They offered us a cocktail table with high chairs in a freezing corner. It is extremely difficult to eat fondue with coats and scarves on.

Very fine restaurant serving home made pasta which was excellent. We opted for pasta with wild boar ragu which was a flavoursome beautiful dish. A whole turbot for main was of nice fresh quality, the only disappointment was the filleting at the table took far too long as the wrong implements were used rendering the fish quite cold. Overall though a fine dining experience
