Idas Brygga is situated right on the banks of the Göta Canal. The dining room has something of the fisherman’s hut about it with a lot of wooden furnishings. The restaurant has been extremely busy ever since it opened its doors in 1997. The menu is dominated by fish dishes, but is varied and also offers other dishes, such as beef carpaccio, al forno corn-fed chicken breast wrapped in bacon, and quornfillet with sweetcorn and chickpea puré. There’s also a wide selection of small dishes. If you appreciate good food in a pleasant and unpretentious environment, then you should pay Idas Brygga a visit.
