I go to iberica during the week and find the restaurant to be excellent. However, this was the second weekend visit and ended quickly due to the slow poor service. The table we 'booked' had been prepared for 3 although the booking was for 2. It was positioned in the window and therefore draughty. And it took 38 minutes to be asked whether we wanted a drink then a further 21 before they wanted to take a food order. At this point we declined and went elsewhere. So in a nutshell - the food is brilliant but the service can leave you with a poor experience.

Reviews sounded good but we were sorely disappointed.
Service not great as we had to ask for our drinks then ask for one of the main courses.
The food was very average especially the house special of black rice which has only 2 prawns in it! We also felt really rushed... we'd only just begun our starter when 2 of 3 main courses were brought out.
    Will not be going back!

The experience was terrible. We arrived early and asked to sit at the bar until our table is ready. We also ordered a paella as the website said it will take about 40mins. Sitting at the bar we waited for about 10 min and had to ask for a drinks menu. When we were at the table and ordered some tapas, the plates weren't cleared. We asked about the paella but was told it was not ready. This was after 1 hour. We asked to speak with the manager who then said they didn't know when we wanted it and it was still not ready...service was slow.
