Offering upmarket brasserie dining in the heart of the capital, Hush Brasserie Holborn serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea in a contemporary setting. Grill classics and hearty British dishes lead the menu, which is stylishly complemented by a classic cocktail list.

Favourites include the 8oz Scottish fillet steak with truffle mash and a red wine sauce, and pot roast pheasant with Savoy cabbage and apricot stuffing. Elsewhere on the Hush Brasserie menu, find enticing sandwiches like the lobster roll with lemon and garlic butter sauce, or pulled pork in a brioche bun with chilli mayo.

Afternoon tea at Hush brings a touch of glamour to the timeless tradition. Joining loose-leaf tea, warm scones and finger sandwiches are sophisticated gin cocktails packed with indulgent flavour combinations like small batch gin with fresh pear, blackberries, apple juice and cinnamon syrup.

Hush Brasserie in London lies on the edge of Bloomsbury, just a 2-minute walk from Holborn Tube Station.

We chose to go for the Bellini brunch menu which was unlimited bellinis for 2 hours and 2 courses, which sounded like a fair deal. However we ordered our food and were shocked at the portion size! The food on the plate was starter size at best (and the restaurant called it a main). I ordered eggs royale and it was a solitary muffin with egg, salmon and hollandaise on the biggest plate I’ve seen with no garnishing. So the portion was tiny!
The staff on the other hand were friendly and helpful and the drinks were good.
I would say as a recommendation would be to improve their portion size or call the dish a starter with dessert.
The dessert was a good size and much more to what I expected.

Even though early in the day would love to have had sandwich and cake option (tea) although didn't ask if it were possible.

Lovely experience - food was wonderful (especially the mac n cheese) and the service was great too. Excellent value. Will be visiting again.

Came in for the 3 course bottomless Bellini brunch, the service was great, the bellinis were delicious and so was the food. Unfortunately the eggs Benedict was a bit on the small size with two eggs on one muffin.

The restaurant is modern and a great location 9just short walk from Holborn station). The area was was quite for a Friday but the atmosphere was good. The menu was really great especially for the great deal we got. Plus it was happy hour on arrival so got half price drinks for over an hour. Food was really tasty, the main we got was the chicken and there was lots of it. Very tender and juicy too.
The staff were the highlight for me. Really attentive and friendly. Couldn't fault them.
